JAYCE
The evening at the workshop in their apartment had been a whirlwind of calculations, late-night tinkering, and discoveries. Jayce sat at his workbench, weary but content with the progress he'd made. You had been there all day, by his side, offering quiet support, and now the sounds of the workshop had quieted down.
"How about a break?" you suggested, stretching slightly, your voice soft and soothing.
Jayce paused, looking up from his work, his eyes meeting yours. There was a weariness in his gaze, but also a quiet appreciation. "Sounds perfect," he said, his voice low but filled with gratitude.
Without another word, the two of you made your way out of the workshop, Jayce trailing slowly behind you to the bathroom, the familiar scent of metal and oil from the workshop lingered faintly, but it quickly gave way to the soft steam as the shower was turned on.
The two of you, both covered in the day's grime and sweat, quickly shed your clothes, stepping into the shower together. The warm water felt like a release from the weight of the day. Jayce stood just behind you, letting the water pour over his shoulders as you reached for the body wash.
"Let me take care of you first," you said softly, your hands gently lathering up the sponge.
You moved behind him, slowly running your hands over his back. The warmth of your fingers against his skin was both soothing and intimate, each motion a silent expression of how much you cared for him. The tension in his muscles began to melt away under your touch, and Jayce let out a quiet sigh of relief.
"That feels amazing," he murmured, his voice thick with relaxation.
You smiled, pleased to see him unwind under your touch. "You deserve it."
After a few moments, Jayce turned to face you, his eyes warm with appreciation. "Your turn," he said, his voice gentle but insistent. He squeezed a bit of body wash into his hands, his fingers gliding over your skin as he began to wash your back. His touch was tender, each motion slow and deliberate, making sure to be gentle, knowing how hard you worked and how much you needed this time to unwind.
His hands moved with care, massaging away the tension in your back. It felt so calming, so loving, that you couldn't help but close your eyes and lean into his touch.
"You're so gentle," you whispered, the warmth of his hands sending a soft shiver down your spine. "I never want this moment to end."
Jayce smiled softly, his gaze tender as he continued to massage your back. "I’ll always take care of you," he replied quietly, his voice full of sincerity. "You deserve nothing less."
As he finished, his hands lingered on your shoulders, pulling you gently into his arms. He pressed his chest against your back, his body warm against yours. You could feel his heartbeat thumping softly against you, and it brought a sense of peace and closeness.
Jayce's lips found the back of your neck, his kisses soft and slow, almost as if he were savouring the moment. He placed another gentle kiss on your skin, moving up to your shoulder, before pulling you even closer, wrapping his arms around you in a warm embrace.
"I love you," he whispered against your neck, his breath warm against your skin. "I just want to hold you like this forever."
You smiled, turning slightly in his arms so you could meet his gaze. "I love you too, Jayce. And please don't ever let me go."
With your arms around each other, standing beneath the warm shower, you both stayed there, savouring the quiet intimacy of the moment. No words were needed as you held each other close, surrounded by the warmth of the water and the even warmer connection between you.

VIKTOR
The evening at the workshop had been filled with quiet determination. Viktor, as always, had been hunched over his workbench, lost in the intricacies of his projects. His cane was propped up beside him, his brace still firmly in place. The toll of his condition had been ever-present, but there was a softness in the way he moved, an acknowledgment of the little things that made life more bearable—like having you by his side.
You had been working alongside him, but now, as the day wound down, you could see how worn out he was. His movements were slower than usual, his body clearly aching from long hours at the bench. You walked over to him, offering a small smile as you gently touched his shoulder.
"Viktor," you said softly, "how about a break? A nice shower? You look like you could use one."
Viktor looked up, the usual spark in his eyes dimmed slightly by exhaustion, but he returned your smile. "I suppose I could use a bit of relaxation," he admitted, though there was a slight hesitation in his voice. He’d never been one to ask for help, but with you, he allowed himself to let down his guard.
You helped him to his feet, steadying him as he leaned on his cane. His movements were deliberate, slow, but there was still that same sharp intelligence in his eyes, even as the pain of his condition settled in. Together, you made your way to the small, private bathroom attached to the workshop, where you had set up a little corner of comfort for moments like these.
The shower was already steaming by the time you arrived, and Viktor gave a small, tired laugh as he looked at the stool that was positioned under the warm spray.
"Only you would think to have a stool in the shower," he teased, his voice light despite the heaviness of his body. "You really do know me."
You smiled, nodding as you helped him to sit down. "I just want to make sure you're comfortable," you replied, your voice tender and caring.
As Viktor settled onto the stool, you carefully removed his leg brace, setting it aside before doing the same with his back brace, both actions performed with practiced ease. He leaned slightly into you as you worked, his body grateful for the moment of relief. The small stool provided him the perfect support as he sat under the warm spray of the shower, his cane resting securely against the wall outside.
You adjusted the temperature of the water just right, the steam enveloping the space, and you took a deep breath, the air smelling of soap and the comfort of home. As you reached for the shampoo, a soft, familiar tune began to hum from your lips, the melody gentle and soothing. It was a song you often hummed to calm yourself and, now, Viktor as well. Your fingers worked through Viktor’s hair with a tender, practiced touch, massaging the shampoo into his scalp.
Viktor leaned back slightly, closing his eyes, the weight of the day starting to lift from his body as your soft humming surrounded him. His mind, always filled with thoughts, slowed for a moment as he allowed himself to simply be, his body grateful for the care you were giving him.
The hum continued, filling the space with a peaceful warmth. Viktor’s accented voice, thoughtful as always, broke the silence. "You know, I don’t think I’ve ever told you how much I appreciate these small moments," he murmured, his words trailing off as he relaxed further under your touch.
You continued humming, your fingers gently working through his hair, never faltering in your attention to him. "You don't need to," you replied quietly, your voice soft and loving. "I do this because I want to. You deserve this care, Viktor."
His lips curved into a small, tired smile as he let the sound of your humming wash over him. "You make the world feel a little less heavy," he whispered, the emotion in his voice barely masked by his usual calm demeanour. "Even in these quiet moments... I feel like I can breathe."
The two of you shared the quiet intimacy of the moment, the sound of water and your humming blending together, creating a peaceful lull that allowed Viktor to release the tensions of the day.
His breathing slowed, but his mind, as always, was racing. "You know, I've been thinking," he began, his voice soft but filled with the familiar depth of his thoughts.
You let out a light laugh, your fingers continuing to massage his scalp with gentle care. "Of course you have," you replied with a playful tone.
Viktor shook his head lightly at your response, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips, as he continues, "The future is... well, uncertain. So much can change in an instant. But with you, it feels... more steady. Like I can trust in something beyond all the... calculations and equations."
You smiled, his words both soothing and touching. "I trust you, Viktor. You’ve brought so much to this world already. You’re brilliant. And, more than that... you’re kind. That’s what matters."
His lips quirked into a smile, though he didn't open his eyes. "I don't know about all that," he murmured. "But I appreciate your faith in me." He shifted slightly, his hand gripping the edge of the stool. "I’m just... trying to do something worthwhile before it’s too late."
You continued massaging the shampoo into his scalp, your fingers moving carefully, soothingly, as he rambled on, lost in his thoughts. "Do you ever stop thinking, Viktor?" you asked playfully, your voice light.
Viktor chuckled, though it was a sound full of weariness. "No, I suppose not. I could do with a bit more silence sometimes. But then again, I wouldn’t be here without my mind always racing. I suppose it’s a gift and a curse."
You rinsed the shampoo from his hair, your hands gently running through the strands to ensure they were clean. Viktor let out a sigh of relief, his shoulders relaxing under your touch.
"Thank you," he said quietly. "For being patient with me... for everything."
You smiled, moving to grab the conditioner, but Viktor’s hand reached up, lightly brushing your wrist. "Let me," he said, his voice soft yet insistent.
You hesitated but then nodded, allowing him to take the bottle from your hand. Viktor applied the conditioner to his hair with steady hands, still talking, as his mind never seemed to slow.
"You know, I’ve been thinking about the long term... If I could ever fix things, if I could somehow regain what I’ve lost..." His voice trailed off, but you could hear the weight behind his words. "I’m afraid, sometimes. But then I remember... you’re here. And that thought alone makes everything feel... less daunting."
You leaned in, your lips brushing gently against his temple. "I’ll always be here, Viktor. You don’t have to face anything alone."
He smiled softly, his heart full of affection as you finished rinsing his hair. When you were done, Viktor leaned back slightly, taking a deep breath. Then, in a rare moment of vulnerability, he reached for you, his arms wrapping gently around your waist, pulling his face to your stomach.
"Thank you for being my anchor," he whispered, his voice thick with emotion. "For being here, even when I’m at my most... complex."
You gently wrapped your arms around his head, brushing a few stray locks of hair back from his ear as you smiled down at him. "You’re my anchor too, Viktor," you said softly, your voice filled with warmth. "We’re in this together, no matter what."
And there, in the small, steam-filled bathroom, the two of you stayed close, the warmth of the shower and the soft sound of water surrounding you. Viktor, despite his struggles, found solace in your presence—just as you found peace in being with him.

JAYVIK
The warm water cascaded down, filling the small bathroom with the comforting sound of a steady shower. The steam curled around you and Viktor, who sat on the small stool beneath the gentle spray, his cane resting against the wall outside. You were seated on the shower floor, sat between VIktor's legs and your head tilted back as Viktor carefully washed your hair.
A soft laugh escaped you as you continued telling Viktor the story. "So, I heard this one from a friend the other day," you said, the sound of your voice light and playful. "A woman walked into a bakery and asked for a dozen donuts. The baker, seeing she was holding a massive bag of flour, said, 'You sure you need all of those? You're already carrying a whole bakery with you!'"
Viktor’s lips curled slightly in amusement as he gently massaged shampoo into your hair, his touch careful and methodical. "I take it your friend isn’t lacking for wit," he remarked, his voice carrying the faintest hint of a smile.
You chuckled, feeling the warmth of the moment. "Oh, no, she’s always full of them. It's a bit dangerous, actually. You never know when she’ll throw out some ridiculous one-liner."
Viktor hummed in response, his hands continuing to work through your hair with a soft, practiced rhythm. "It’s good to have people like that around. Keeps things interesting."
"Definitely," you agreed, your smile widening. "Life's way too serious if you don’t have some humor."
Just as Viktor was rinsing out the shampoo, you heard a soft sound from the bathroom door—one that grew louder as footsteps approached.
"Hey! What about me?!" came a familiar voice, one that immediately made you smile.
Jayce appeared in the doorway, his arms crossed and a pout on his face. His gaze flicked between you and Viktor, clearly unimpressed. "You two just couldn’t wait to start the fun without me, huh? You’re lucky I’m not offended."
You rolled your eyes, unable to suppress a grin. "Oh, stop whining, Jayce. It’s just a shower," you teased. "You could have joined us anytime."
Suddenly, Jayce shot you a cheeky grin, his mischievous spark lighting up his face. And before you could even question his look, Jayce strips off his shirt and pants with a dramatic flair, sending a wink your way. He stepped into the shower and immediately nudged you playfully. "Scoot a boot," he said, making a motion with his hand as he settled behind you. "Make some room. I'm coming in."
With a teasing groan, you shuffled a bit, sitting up as Jayce comfortably slid in behind you, his legs folding on either side of you. He took your space between Viktor's legs, and before you knew it, you were nestled between him, your back against his chest and his arms wrapped around your waist.
Viktor raised an amused eyebrow but didn’t comment. "Well, since I’ve already taken care of Y/N," he said with a smirk, "I suppose it’s only fair I wash Jayce’s hair now." He gave a small, dry chuckle as he grabbed the shampoo and positioned himself behind Jayce.
Jayce, seemingly comfortable in his new position, chuckled lightly. "Hey, don’t mess it up, Viktor. I’m trusting you with this precious mane."
You snickered at his words but then found yourself leaning back more, trying to relax in the little space between them. The warmth of the shower enveloped all three of you as Viktor began to gently work the shampoo through Jayce’s hair. Jayce let out a contented sigh as Viktor’s fingers worked their magic.
You, not one to let silence take over, continued to ramble away. "You know, I was thinking the other day about something odd, but funny. Do you think animals have favorite foods, or do they just eat whatever’s in front of them? Like... if a dog was given a steak and a peanut butter sandwich, would it know the difference?"
Jayce let out a small laugh. "Knowing you, you probably spent a good amount of time pondering that, huh?"
"I mean, if you think about it, it’s a weird question," you replied, smiling at the absurdity of your own thoughts. "It’s like they don’t have taste buds the way we do, but maybe they have their own version of favorites?"
Viktor, continuing to rinse Jayce’s hair, gave a quiet chuckle at your musings. "I imagine they must. Though I highly doubt a dog is contemplating its culinary choices the same way you do."
Jayce grinned and playfully nudged you. "Yeah, we’re the ones complicating things here. Dogs? They’re just living their best life, getting treats whenever they please."
As Viktor finished massaging the last of the shampoo through Jayce’s hair, you sighed contentedly, completely at peace in the quiet, shared moment between the three of you. The sound of water was soothing, and despite the playful bickering and light teasing, there was a warmth to the atmosphere—a deep comfort in being with them.
It was moments like this that made everything else fade away, the world outside of the bathroom no longer mattering. In this space, there was only the three of you—together.

VANDER
Vander had spent the evening closing up The Last Drop, ensuring everything was locked up tight for the night. As the kids settled into bed, he couldn’t help but glance over at you, swaying gently on your barstool, a grin plastered on your face as you giggled at something only you seemed to find amusing. It was clear you had indulged in more than a couple of drinks tonight, your words slurring and your movements a little too carefree.
He chuckled softly to himself, a warm, affectionate smile crossing his features. "Alright, love," he said, his deep voice filled with amusement, "let's get you upstairs, huh?"
You turned your head to him with wide, slightly unfocused eyes, your lips curling into a grin. "Vander," you said, your voice teasing and dreamy, "you know you’re my favorite, right? I mean, who else would take care of me like you do?"
He raised an eyebrow, helping you steady yourself as you tried to stand. "I’m your favorite? And here I thought it was Powder," he teased as he gently guided you toward the stairs.
You shook your head, stumbling a little as you leaned against him for support. "Nope, it’s you. You’re big and strong, and you’re always so... so calm. Like, you have this thing about you," you said, waving your hands around as if the words were escaping you in a wave of giggles.
Vander simply chuckled, leading you into your shared room and gently sitting you on the bed for a moment. He couldn't help but smile at your antics, shaking his head. "Alright, let’s get you cleaned up before you start singing the praises of my muscles or something," he said, already pulling your shoes off and gently tugging at your clothes.
You giggled again, clearly delighted by the whole situation. "Oh, I think I’d rather... rather see you flex those muscles," you said, your words slurring more as you spoke. Vander gave a soft laugh, amused but not bothered, before he undressed you slowly, making sure not to rush it, even if you were far from steady on your feet.
He helped you stand, guiding you toward the ensuite bathroom, where the warm steam from the shower already filled the air. He turned the water on, adjusting it to just the right temperature, and as you stumbled a bit, he placed a steadying hand on your back. "Alright, love, sit down for me," he instructed gently, leading you to the bathtub.
You plopped down into the tub with a small huff, the cool porcelain against your skin bringing you back to reality just a bit. "You’re so nice to me, Vander," you mumbled, your voice still a little distant as your eyes tried to focus on him.
Vander rolled up the sleeves of his shirt, then reached for the showerhead. He kept a soft smile on his face as he kneeled beside you, the warm water cascading over your hair. He grabbed the shampoo bottle and, as the water splashed against your skin, he gently began to lather it into your hair. "I’m just doing my job, love," he said in a soothing tone. "Taking care of you, like always."
You tilted your head back, your gaze unfocused but somehow full of affection. "You’re the best," you said softly, as if it were a secret between the two of you. "I love how you never... never get mad at me."
Vander chuckled, his hands gently massaging your scalp as he worked the shampoo in. "Well, someone’s got to be the calm one around here," he teased, his fingers working through your hair with a tenderness that came naturally to him. He glanced up, his eyes soft and amused as he watched you relax, the alcohol starting to take a back seat to the comfort of his presence.
"Do you know what I think?" you suddenly said, your words slipping out in a half-ramble. "I think... I think you should wear more shirts like that. You look so... handsome."
Vander’s lips curved into a smirk, unable to resist the warmth in your tone. "You’re a bit tipsy, aren’t you?" he teased lightly, but he couldn’t hide the fondness in his voice.
You smiled dreamily, nodding. "Just a little," you said, leaning back into the tub, your head cradled by the warm water as it rinsed away the soap. "But I still love you."
He smiled back at you, his hands tenderly rinsing your hair. "I love you too, more than you know," he replied, his voice full of quiet affection. He continued washing your hair, the warm water cascading over your skin as he patiently humoured your nonsensical ramblings. It wasn’t a perfect night, but it was a peaceful one, and as long as you were with him, that was all that mattered.

SILCO
The soft flicker of candlelight cast delicate shadows across the room, its warm glow mingling with the sweet scent of lavender and rose petals. The classical music that filled the air was gentle and soothing, wrapping around the room like a soft embrace. You lay in the bathtub, bubbles up to your chin, head tilted back, eyes closed in perfect relaxation. The warm water swirled around you, and every inch of your body seemed to melt into the comfort of the bath. It was a rare moment of peace, and you savored every second of it.
The door creaked softly as it opened, and you heard Silco’s voice calling your name, a hint of amusement in it. "Y/N?"
You hummed in response, too relaxed to speak, your eyes still closed. There was a small pause before the sound of footsteps filled the room. Silco stepped inside, his figure dark against the soft candlelight, his jacket and gloves absent, leaving him only in his dress pants and waistcoat. His sharp eyes scanned the scene in front of him—your form resting in the bath, the flickering candles casting a soft glow on your skin, and the air filled with the calm melody of the classical music.
Silco’s lips curled into a small smile as he chuckled lightly. "I see you’ve made yourself quite comfortable," he said, his voice soft and amused.
You opened your eyes slowly, your smile warm as you saw him standing there. "Just thought I’d indulge a little," you replied, your voice airy, still wrapped in the relaxation of the moment. "It’s been a long day."
He walked over and lowered himself to sit cross-legged on the floor beside you, his waistcoat wrinkling slightly as he settled. His eyes lingered on you, a soft intensity in them as he took in the sight of you so peaceful, so serene. "I can see that. But," he mused, voice almost teasing, "you didn’t wait for me to join you?"
You tilted your head slightly, a playful glint in your eyes as you met his gaze. "I figured you were busy," you teased, your fingers absently tracing the surface of the water. "But now that you’re here, I’m sure I could make room for you."
Silco raised an eyebrow at your playful tone, a half-smirk tugging at his lips. "You always do find a way to get me involved," he said, though there was warmth in his voice, something softer than his usual cool detachment. "But I don’t think I’d fit in here as well as you do."
You chuckled softly. "Maybe not, but you’d look dashing regardless."
He let out a quiet laugh, leaning back slightly as his eyes lingered on the scene, the soft glow of the candles reflecting in his gaze. "I doubt the water would stay as pristine as it is with me in it," he said, voice still warm but filled with that signature dry humor.
"True," you said with a melodic laugh. "But it would be worth it just to see you try."
The two of you settled into a comfortable silence, the soft sounds of the music and the flickering candlelight filling the space between your quiet exchanges. You allowed your head to tilt back again, eyes closed, the warmth of the water easing away the tension in your body. Silco’s presence beside you was grounding, and the intimacy of the moment wrapped around you both.
After a few moments, Silco spoke again, his voice more thoughtful this time. "You know," he began, eyes glinting slightly, "you’ve always been a bit of an enigma to me. Always calm, collected... yet I can see how easily you lose yourself in moments like this." He glanced over at you, his gaze softening as he continued. "I never really understood it until now. But perhaps... it’s not so bad. Seeing you like this."
You met his gaze, a quiet understanding settling in. "It’s important, I think," you said softly, your voice almost a whisper as you traced your fingers through the bubbles, "to find peace where we can, even in a world like ours."
Silco didn’t speak immediately, his gaze distant as he processed your words. The quiet of the room wrapped around you, and for the first time, it felt as if you were both suspended in time, the outside world far away. After a long pause, Silco spoke again, his voice quieter than before. "Perhaps I’ve spent too long trying to control everything around me," he murmured, his tone softer, more vulnerable than usual. "I’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be still."
You smiled gently, your hand resting on the edge of the tub. "You’ve always been still in your own way," you said quietly. "Even in the chaos. You just don’t notice it."
Silco’s lips twitched slightly, his sharp gaze turning to you with something softer behind it. "I think you’ve always known how to calm me," he admitted, his voice a little raspier, a touch of sincerity in it. "It’s an odd thing, isn’t it? You make me feel like I could breathe for the first time in years."
The classical music played on, its soft strings almost like a lullaby now, filling the room with an air of serenity. Silco shifted again, sitting a little closer, his gaze never leaving you. "Perhaps we should make moments like this a regular occurrence," he said, his voice softer than it had been when he entered. "I’m beginning to understand their value."
You nodded, a sense of contentment settling over you as you gazed at him. "I’d like that," you said softly. "A little stillness every now and then... it’s something we both deserve."
Silco’s lips parted just slightly, a rare, almost imperceptible smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. "You always know just what to say."
You chuckled lightly, the sound of it warm and carefree, before sinking deeper into the tub, letting the water soothe you further. "I’ve had practice."
As the minutes passed, the two of you remained in your quiet corner of the world, the flickering candles, soft music, and your peaceful conversation surrounding you both. It was a fleeting moment of calm, but in that moment, nothing else seemed to matter.

POWDER/JINX (PLATONIC!)
Jinx sat in the bathroom, staring at her reflection in the mirror with a deep scowl etched across her face. Her once vibrant blue hair, now a tangled mess, fell around her shoulders in wild strands. She held the brush in her hands, staring at it as if it might magically fix the knots in her hair. She gave it another try, attempting to work through the tangles, but each tug only seemed to make things worse. Frustration built up in her chest as she gritted her teeth, her hands trembling slightly from the effort. The more she tried, the more helpless she felt, and soon enough, she simply gave up, slumping back against the chair, her eyes narrowed in frustration as she stared at her reflection.
"Ugh, stupid hair!" she muttered under her breath, glaring at the brush like it had personally wronged her. She groaned loudly and dropped it onto the floor, arms crossing over her chest in defeat. “Why does it have to be so damn complicated?”
Her blue locks now lay in a chaotic heap around her, making her look even more disheveled than usual. Jinx sighed deeply and kicked the sink cupboard in irritation, eyes dropping to the scattered hairbrushes and combs in front of her.
As she sat there, wallowing in frustration, she didn't hear the soft knock on her door.
"Jinx?" came a gentle voice, warm and familiar.
Jinx’s head shot up, her eyes brightening for a second before she wiped her expression clean of irritation. "Oh, uh... come in!" she called out, trying to sound like everything was fine, though her frustration still lingered in her tone.
The door creaked open, and there you stood in the doorway, peeking inside with a gentle smile. Your eyes immediately locked onto her tangled mess of hair. “I heard some pretty dramatic groaning from in here,” you said, stepping into the room and raising an eyebrow. “What’s going on, kiddo?”
Jinx slumped back into her chair, groaning again. "This stupid hair... I washed it, but now it’s all knotted and I can’t get it to brush out. It’s like it hates me."
You smiled softly at her, walking over to kneel beside her. You ran your fingers through the strands, noting how thick and soft her hair was, despite the tangles. "I see," you said, eyes full of understanding. "That can be a pain. I remember when I used to struggle with that too."
Jinx shot you a skeptical look, but there was a soft curiosity in her eyes now. "You? Struggle with hair?" She raised an eyebrow. "I can’t even imagine you having problems with your hair."
You laughed gently, a quiet, soothing sound that seemed to settle her just a little. “Oh, trust me, it wasn’t always this easy. I had my fair share of knots and tangles when I was growing up. In fact..." You paused, glancing down at the mess of blue hair in front of you. “My mother used to help me when I couldn’t get mine untangled. And let me tell you, she was a master at it. She taught me all the tricks.”
Jinx’s eyes softened slightly at the mention of your mother. You had often spoken of her with fondness, telling stories of the care she took in raising you. For a moment, Jinx felt a pang in her chest—something she hadn’t quite felt before. That warmth, that connection. She’d never had that kind of maternal guidance, but she liked hearing your stories.
"How’d she help you?" Jinx asked, her voice softer than before.
You smiled and gently took the brush from her hand, running it through the strands of her hair with practiced ease. "First, she taught me that you’ve got to be patient with it," you said, your voice calm and comforting. "You can’t rush. You take your time, work through the tangles slowly, and remember to be gentle. Like this."
As you carefully started brushing through the knots, you noticed Jinx’s body slowly relaxing, her posture softening under your gentle care. In the reflection of the mirror, you could see her eyes following your every move. Every now and then, your own gaze flickered to hers in the mirror, catching her watching you with a look that was part curiosity, part trust.
"You’re really good at this," Jinx commented, the tension in her voice melting away as you worked through the last of the knots.
You chuckled softly. “It’s not just about the brushing. You’ve got to keep the hair untangled as you go. Otherwise, it just gets worse. And once you’ve got the tangles out, you can do fun things with it—like braids."
"Braids?" Jinx repeated the word, her eyes lighting up with curiosity. “Like... the cool ones you see in the old books?”
“Exactly,” you said, smiling as you finished brushing her hair. You gently separated the strands into sections and began braiding them, guiding Jinx through each step slowly. "My mom used to tell me stories while she braided my hair. She said that braids could help protect your hair, make it stronger. And she always said braids were a sign of care—when someone takes the time to braid your hair, it means they care about you."
Jinx looked down at your hands, her expression thoughtful. In the mirror, she caught a glimpse of the way your fingers worked through her hair, the gentleness of your touch, and the care in your movements. “I... I think I’d like that. To have my hair done like that. Maybe it’s not so bad, this hair thing.” She shifted in her seat, and you saw the faintest hint of a smile tugging at her lips in the reflection.
You continued braiding, the room quiet save for the soft classical music filling the space, the gentle rhythm of your hands working with the hair like a lullaby. "You know, my mom also told me that hair carries memories. It’s like every braid, every knot, tells a story,” you said, your voice soft. “It’s funny—now, every time I look at my hair, I can almost hear her telling me stories of when I was little. Things she used to do when I was upset.”
Jinx looked at you through the reflection of the mirror, her fingers absently playing with the edge of her sleeve. “What kind of stories?” she asked, genuinely intrigued.
You smiled and finished the braid, gently running your fingers through it. “Oh, all kinds. She’d tell me about how she’d help her own mother with her hair, and how they’d talk about everything. About life, about what it meant to be strong even when things felt impossible. She’d say that no matter how tough it got, you always had to keep going, because you never know when something beautiful might come out of it.” You paused for a moment, glancing at Jinx in the mirror. "It made me feel like I wasn’t alone. Like, no matter what, she was always there."
Jinx’s eyes seemed to soften, and for a brief second, her usual wild energy was replaced with something quieter, more tender. “I never had that,” she said softly, her voice barely above a whisper. “I always had to do things myself.”
You smiled at her reflection, brushing a lock of hair away from her face. "You don't have to do everything alone, Jinx. Not anymore."
Jinx blinked, her eyes bright with a mix of emotion she wasn’t sure how to process. But in that moment, the two of you shared something unspoken, a bond of care and understanding that transcended everything else.
The braid, now finished, lay perfectly in her hair, and you gently tugged it, just enough to show it off. “There we go,” you said with a soft smile. “Now you’re ready to take on the world, Powder.”
She looked in the mirror, at her reflection, and a small, genuine smile tugged at her lips for the first time in a long while. “Thanks, Y/N. This... feels nice. Maybe I’ll keep it like this. You know... like how you used to do.”
You smiled back, happy to see that small spark of joy in her eyes. "Anytime, kiddo. Anytime.

Baby blue and the mouse

Zaun sure had a way of shaping people. Its smog-filled streets, the endless clang of machinery, and the shadows that clung to every corner seemed to seep into its inhabitants. For you, it had always been home, even when it wasn’t. You couldn’t remember much about your early years. Just flickers of a woman’s laugh, the warmth of arms that held you close, and a faint lullaby that had no words. That was your mother. A woman who hid you away in the cracks of Zaun, keeping you in the quiet while the world outside raged on.
It wasn’t until you were nine that the veil of safety she’d woven for you came undone. You’d come home to find her there: still, lifeless, her body sprawled across the floor of your tiny, crumbling apartment. The smell of copper and rust hung heavy in the air. Your small hands had trembled as you reached out, as though touching her would bring her back. But nothing happened. The quiet you had always clung to now felt suffocating.
You didn’t cry. You couldn’t. Instead, you did what she’d taught you: you hid. Hours passed in silence until the door creaked open again, and a figure stepped inside. Silco.
You didn’t know him then, not really. Just a name whispered in fear and reverence across Zaun. But he knew you. His mismatched eyes softened when they landed on you, crouched in the corner with wide, untrusting eyes. He didn’t speak at first, just offered his hand. When you finally took it, his grip was firm, a silent promise that you wouldn’t be left alone again.
After the death of your mother, the weeks that followed were a blur. Silco had taken you in, not as a burden, but as though you’d always been meant to be there. It wasn’t until much later that you learned the truth, you were his. His daughter. A piece of him that had been stolen away years ago, hidden by a woman he once trusted. He didn’t speak of her often, and neither did you. It was an unspoken understanding, a wound neither of you cared to prod.
Life with Silco was different. He wasn’t the warm, nurturing father you might have imagined in another life. He was calculated, cold at times, but never cruel. He taught you to navigate Zaun’s chaos with the same sharp mind and steady hand he used to command it. But he also gave you space to be you. Where Jinx was fire and fury, you were the quiet storm, slipping through the cracks and unraveling problems with precision rather than explosions.
Jinx took to you immediately, dubbing you her “twin” despite the lack of blood ties. Where Silco’s love was subtle and Jinx’s was overwhelming. A whirlwind of laughter, mischief, and an almost suffocating loyalty. She dragged you into her chaos at every turn, but you never minded. You understood her in a way few others could.
And though you were quieter, calmer, you matched her step for step. While she painted Zaun in vibrant colors and explosions, you moved through its shadows, making sure the aftermath didn’t swallow her whole. Jinx loved Silco in her own way, but your relationship with him was different. It was softer, quieter. He trusted you to see sides of him no one else did. The weariness in his shoulders, the small moments of pride when you succeeded, the way his voice softened when he said your name.
You never resented the life you’d been given. Zaun was harsh, but it had given you a family. A found one, a messy one, but one that was yours. That you grew to deeply love. And when the nights grew long and the memories of your mother came creeping back, you clung to that. To Silco, to Jinx, to the strange, chaotic love that bound you all together.
. . .
“Mousie,” she’d call out, her voice brimming with excitement. It was a name she had given you, and despite its loudness, you had taken it with affection. She was always the one pulling you into her chaos, dragging you from one wild adventure to the next, making sure you were always beside her. The first time you met her, it was during one of her more "creative" escapades. She was no more than a whirlwind of blue hair and erratic energy, her hands constantly on the move as she tinkered with a bomb. You had been observing from the shadows, as usual, when she caught sight of you.
"What are you doing back there, Mouse?" she had asked, her voice catching on your quiet demeanor. "Don’t be shy, come on! I’ve got a plan, and I need your help!"
You didn’t say much, as always, but you followed her. You had learned to do so over time, a silent presence at her side as she ran through her unpredictable schemes. She was loud, yes, but she had a way of making things feel... alive. And for the first time since the murder of your mother, you didn’t feel alone.
You became her constant companion, the calm to her storm. Jinx's chaos, her explosions, her manic energy, became something you learned to navigate with a careful hand. She would get into trouble, and you would be there to pull her back. She was fire, and you were the soft, quiet water, always there to temper her flames.
“Come on, we’ve got stuff to blow up!” she would shout, her eyes sparkling with mischief. And while you’d never fully understand her love for the explosions, the danger, you couldn’t help but smile at her enthusiasm. You had never known anyone like her before, someone who was so unapologetically themselves.
Silco, too, grew to rely on you. He never demanded anything of you that you couldn’t give. You were always there, quietly taking care of things. He never needed you to be loud, never asked you to be anything other than what you were. And just like him, a part of the system, working in the background.
It was a strange family you’d found. Silco, your actual father and Jinx, the "twin" sister you never asked for but would never trade her in for anything else. You didn’t talk about it much, didn’t say the words that would have made it feel official, but in your quiet way, you knew it was real. You had found your place, even if the world around you was broken and full of noise. Thought you couldn't admit that you never truly felt like Silco was your dad. That you were his biological daughter. You were the complete opposite than he was.
But things were never simple. The scars of the past followed you like a shadow. The loss of your mother, the chaos nature of Zaun. It all weighed heavily on you, even when you pretended it didn’t. Jinx always seemed to know when you were spiraling, when your thoughts would drift to that place you didn’t want to go.
"Hey," she’d say, her voice softer than usual, something rare and gentle in her tone. "You’re gonna be okay. I gotcha, okay?"
And you’d nod, your lips twitching into a small smile, even though you didn’t have the words. She always knew when you needed her, and even though she was often the cause of the chaos, she was also the one who could pull you back from it. You both needed each other, she with her explosive energy and you with your quiet steadiness. The perfect pair, Yin and Yang, the calm and the chaos.
Sometimes, Silco would find you two together, Jinx sprawled across the floor, laughing at something ridiculous, while you sat quietly beside her, watching her with a quiet fondness. He would look at the two of you, his cold exterior softening just a little.
“You two,” he would mutter, though there was an unspoken warmth in his voice. “Always together. Never far apart. It’s good to have someone to rely on.”
And you would nod, though the words never seemed to come. You had someone now. Someone who understood you in a way that others never could. Someone who needed your quiet, just as you needed her chaos.
You’d lost everything once, but in the wreckage of it all, you had found something new. A broken family. Not the loud, demanding kind, but a family of your own. Silent, steady, and always together.
. . .
There was of course an instance were things didn’t go as planned. The warehouse was supposed to be quiet. You had slipped into the building alongside Jinx, the two of you tasked with scouting out an area for Silco’s latest dealings. In typical fashion, Jinx’s interpretation of “quiet” skewed toward chaos. While you stuck to the shadows, cataloging the crates and memorizing the guards’ routes, she was already toying with her explosives, a mischievous glint in her eye.
“C’mon, Twinny,” Jinx whispered loudly, twirling a grenade in her hand as she crouched behind a pile of crates. “You’re taking forever! We could blow this place sky-high and still be home for dinner.”
You sighed, slipping up beside her. “We’re not blowing anything up, Jinx. Not yet, anyway.” Your voice was low and steady, a stark contrast to her barely-contained excitement. “Silco wants intel first, remember?”
She groaned, dramatically rolling her eyes. “Boooring.” But even as she said it, she pocketed the grenade. You knew she couldn’t resist a little fun, though, and you braced yourself for whatever small bit of chaos she was about to unleash.
Jinx’s “fun” started small. A wrench tossed into a spinning fan, creating a loud, metallic screech. A stack of boxes pushed just enough to topple over, startling a few guards nearby. She was like a storm, restless and wild, but she always stayed close to you. Her self-proclaimed twin.
You weren’t sure how long the two of you had been weaving through the building when it happened. Jinx had been rigging a small contraption to set off a harmless distraction. A flick of her wrist, a sudden flash, and a sound that was far louder than you had anticipated. The guards reacted instantly, shouting orders and scattering as the explosion rattled the building. Jinx laughed, a manic, gleeful sound as she grabbed your arm, dragging you toward an exit.
“Wasn’t that awesome?!” she exclaimed, her blue hair whipping behind her as she ran.
“Too awesome,” you replied, glancing over your shoulder. “They’re coming this way.”
“Good! I could use the exercise,” Jinx shot back, but her grip on your arm tightened. No matter how reckless she seemed, she always made sure you were close. The two of you darted through the maze of crates and equipment, the sound of boots pounding after you. Jinx reached for one of her gadgets, probably to unleash more chaos, but in her haste, she fumbled.
The explosion wasn’t huge considering her standards. However the force of it sent you sprawling. A sharp pain shot through your leg as you hit the ground, biting back a cry. Jinx was by your side in an instant, her eyes wide with a mix of guilt and panic.
“Hey, hey! You good?” she asked, her voice unusually soft as she crouched beside you. Her hands hovered, unsure where to touch without causing more harm.
“I’m fine,” you lied, trying to push yourself up. The sharp sting in your leg betrayed you, and you winced.
“Liar,” Jinx muttered. She glanced at the approaching guards, then back at you. Without hesitation, she hauled you up, slinging your arm over her shoulder. “C’mon, Twinny. We’re getting outta here.”
She moved fast, supporting your weight with surprising strength. Despite the pain, you couldn’t help but smile at her determination. By the time you made it back to Silco’s office, your leg was throbbing, and Jinx was muttering apologies under her breath. Silco was waiting, his sharp gaze immediately locking onto you.
“What happened?” he demanded, his voice cold but edged with concern. His eyes flicked to your leg, then to Jinx, who was already fidgeting under his scrutiny.
“It was an accident!” Jinx blurted out before you could speak. “I mean, kinda. I didn’t mean to—”
“Enough,” Silco interrupted, his voice stern. He stepped closer, his expression unreadable. “You were supposed to be careful. This—” He gestured to your leg, then to Jinx. “—is the opposite of that.”
Jinx looked like she’d been struck. Her usual tone faltered, and for a moment, she was just a kid being scolded by her father. “I didn’t mean to hurt her,” she mumbled, her gaze dropping to the floor.
Silco’s anger softened, though his voice remained firm. “Intentions don’t erase consequences, Jinx. You know better.”
You, ever the mediator, stepped in. “It’s not all her fault,” you said, your tone calm despite the pain. “I should’ve stopped her sooner.”
Silco’s eyes softened as they landed on you. “You shouldn’t have to,” he replied simply. Then, turning back to Jinx, he added, “You need to be more careful, especially with her.”
Jinx nodded, her shoulders slumping. “Got it boss,” she muttered. The tension eased as Silco called in a medic to tend to your leg. Jinx hovered nearby, her usual energy replaced with uncharacteristic quiet. When the medic left and Silco returned to his desk, you and Jinx were alone.
Jinx shifted awkwardly, her fingers twitching as she sat beside you. “I’m sorry,” she said finally, her voice barely above a whisper.
You glanced at her, surprised by the sincerity in her tone. “I know,” you replied.
She hesitated, then grinned—small and tentative but real. “You’re lucky that you are my sister, Mousie. Otherwise, I’d let you hobble around on your own.”
You laughed softly, nudging her with your elbow. “Lucky me.”
Jinx’s grin widened, and for a moment, everything felt normal again. She leaned closer, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. “Next time, we’ll make it even bigger. But, you know, safer. Maybe.”
You rolled your eyes but couldn’t help but smile. With Jinx, chaos was inevitable, but so was her loyalty. No matter how wild things got, you knew she’d always have your back, just as you had hers.

"Okay, she's gone." You returned to Vi, after having given your girlfriend a kiss goodbye. Jinx went off doing lord knows what, leaving you with her sister Vi for company. Which you were fine with. You and Vi got along pretty well, anyway. Vi grins when she heard you and immediately puts the music on. Justin Bieber playing through the speaker.
You and Vi were secret Justin fans. Secret because... how could you let anyone know? It would ruin your cool facades. Plus, you both already told Jinx that you hated that type of music. Not that Jinx really cared, she just kind of shrugged and went "okay? weirdos" when you kept saying you didn't like it. You and Vi were really overselling your points, so Jinx was a little sceptical but didn't question it.
It's been about an hour now, you and Vi were fully jamming along to Baby by Justin Bieber. Head banging, dancing and even singing. Just having a grand old time in your secret dance party. The door opened right as you and Vi had started the song, both singing the lyrics; "I know you love me! I know you care~" grinning like a couple of idiots. Until you caught onto the door being opened and immediately sat yourself down on the couch, looking flustered.
"Y/N, come on! It's the good- oh," Vi stopped when she noticed what you did. Seeing Jinx watching them with an amused expression.
"Don't like this music, huh?" She folded her arms, blowing her hair a bit from her face while she grinned. Jinx was enjoying this.
"It was all Vi. Dang, Vi I didn't know you like this type of music," you looked at with a smug smirk. Vi, meanwhile, looked at you completely dumbfounded and speechless. You did not just throw her under the bus. No, you didn't throw her. You tossed her.
Jinx laughed and skipped over to you, plopping herself down in your lap as the music continued to play. Her arms wrapped around you and she snugged right up, your arms easily finding their way around her waist. "Vi, I thought you liked rock music?" She asked her sister with a teasing look in her eyes.
Vi huffed and rolled her eyes, sticking the middle finger at you," fuck you." Though there was no real hate behind her words.
"Hey, don't be mean to them," Jinx pouted at Vi, clinging to you tighter, almost protectively so. Your grin became more smug at that and held her closer.
"Yeah, don't be mean," you repeated. Innocent act in full swing now.
"Unbelievable." Vi muttered, shutting the music off. She couldn't believe you just did that. And Jinx was taking your side? Vi knew Jinx had seen you dancing too. She really did just take any opportunity to mess with her, huh?

Jinx and Isha x Isha's identical twin reader [fluff]
"Team for life"
Tumblr media
@ayedomino0 here you go, love
____________________________________________
Trigger Warning: I don't think there's any, just pure fluff which is unusual for me, but we all need it after act 2. Also I'm not used to writing for three characters at once, so this probably isn't any sort of masterpiece. I also think I may have subconsciously written reader as female, so sorry male and enby readers. This is also pretty fast paced. Also, I don't know what it's like to have a twin, but I hope I didn't write Isha and Reader as the typical twin stereotype shown in movies.
____________________________________________
"Alright, alright, Y/N, guess what time it is!" Jinx's voice rang through the room, making your heart pause.
No, hold on, it couldn't be that time already - you were so sure there were still countless minutes, hours separating you from this exact moment!
But as your wide eyed gaze darted towards the clock on the wall the reality was clear as day - it really was that time already.
"That's right, pipsqueak - medicine time!" Jinx called loud as she came into view, wearing a wide, rascally grin.
Her stance was dramatic and attention grabbing, a bottle of cough drops in one hand, a spoon in the other.
Then, as she went to get the substance onto the spoon, Jinx chirped up again: "Now!" but she ended up cutting herself off right away.
Her pink tinted eyes intensely focused on the drops dripping onto the spoon, carefully watching and counting the amount of drops you would be receiving.
When the right portion was on the spoon, Jinx visibly relaxed and her scatterbrained grin softened up.
"Now," she repeated before dramatically holding up the spoon as if it were some sort of trophy, "say hello to the cough drops express!".
Jinx's gaze then moved towards you, ready to treat your sore throat: "I know how much you hate these, so let's get it over with".
But the moment her eyes laid on you, Jinx halted in her movements and the playful grin fell off her face.
Jinx was so sure she was seeing double because instead of having two individually dressed twins, she suddenly had two identically dressed twins.
Both of them looking at her with the exact same puppy-eyed expression on their faces.
"As sly as a fox, eh?" Jinx commented and broke into a grin as she shook her head in disbelief at the situation.
Then she put her hand holding the cough drop bottle on her hip, smirking.
"okay, which one of you came up with this?" She asked and, still holding the spoon with your medicine, she motioned to you and Isha.
Neither of you spoke of course, nor did you give any sort of other reaction, both you and Isha just looked at Jinx with your two sets of golden, big eyes.
Jinx wasn't bothered by the lack of reaction though, nor was she really bothered by the situation - of anything, she honestly found it hilarious.
"Hmm," she hummed, pressing her manicured finger to her lips while still handling the cough drops bottle, pretending to be deep in thought.
"I bet it was..." Jinx paused, letting the tension build up as her pink eyes found yours and locked with them.
"Y/N," she grinned, the eye contact with you intense and making your heart stop for the second time today.
The way Jinx was looking at you sent shivers down your spine, and panic immediately settled in your chest.
You wondered whether or not could Jinx tell you apart despite all the effort you put into looking identical with Isha.
Your stance grew more uneasy and tense right away, not helping your cause at all - however, Isha jumped in for the rescue without a moment of hesitation.
In an blink of an eye, she quickly copied and matched your tense body language and anxious facial expressions.
The mirroring on Isha's part was flawless, although it was slightly harder for her to act this way and seem genuine - after all, between you and her, it was you that was the more naturally timid twin.
However, Isha was still quite naturally skilled in this sort of thing - plus this wasn't the first time you and Isha were pulling this sort of stunt on people.
So, executing the act on this part wasn't all too impossible for you and Isha - or more like Isha since she was doing most of the work in this particular situation.
But still, with the way Jinx was looking at you, you had a feeling she knew exactly, perfectly well, who was who.
And yet, whether or not was that nagging feeling correct was left as an unsolved mystery because Jinx either genuinely didn't know, or she's decided to humour you and the little stunt you were trying to pull.
"Hmm," Jinx hummed as she straightened up, her intense gaze leaving yours and fixing on Isha instead, looking her over as if trying to do her best to figure out which twin she was.
Unlike you, Isha's stance didn't falter in response to being studied like a small bug under a microscope - she was still perfectly mirroring how you were handling the situation.
Although you were aware that Isha still had this obvious bark to her, making her act of unease less authentic than yours.
But you couldn't really blame her because this kind of behaviour simply wasn't true to her personality.
You just nervously hoped that this simple fact was this much obvious to just you and your sister, and not Jinx.
"Well, I have to give it to ya," Jinx commented after giving you and Isha one last once over, "you two really are sneaky,".
In response, you and Isha exchanged a look, both of you smiling in your own unique way, pride swelling in your chests at your schemes being acknowledged and even appraised.
In that moment, you and Isha felt like you have successfully outsmarted Jinx and won this little game that you have found yourselves playing with the older girl.
Jinx smirked then, looking at the two of you with amusement, and also some hint of pride at how much work you two put into making your silly plan come to life.
Really, the two of you truly did everything possible to look like flawless copies of one another, it was hard to tell you two were two different beings - Jinx was quite impressed.
Though Jinx had a certain advantage over the two of you, an advantage she's not told you about because she simply didn't have the heart to - or maybe she just liked having an advantage.
After all, the two of you could be quite the handful at times - so, any sort of advantage over you was valuable and useful.
Anyways, that advantage was that Jinx was detail oriented, and over the time she's spent with you and Isha, she's noticed things that helped her tell you apart.
For example - and it wasn't too noticable, but your smiles tended to be soft and timid, while Isha's smiles were bolder and more pronounced, with her front teeth usually slightly peeking out from under her lip.
Jinx loved the both of your individual smiles - she adored all that made them differ, but also all that made them similar if not the same at first glance.
Jinx's smirk then softened into something warmer, something fonder, as she added: "and... you two really do stick together, like true sisters...".
Her voice was softer than usual, and so was the look on her face - the way she looked at you two was almost wistful, like she wished she and Vi could have what you two shared so seemingly effortlessly.
However, just as quick as that gentle expression of Jinx's came, it was gone just as quick, replaced by that playful, mischievous look Jinx was so known for.
"Alright, I have an idea for a game," Jinx gave a wicked grin and right at that moment, you and Isha became alert once more, losing the smiles on your faces.
You were somewhat more tense than Isha, of course, since, you were the one supposed to take those disgusting cough drops, not Isha - she was just playing along with your plan.
"it's called: Let's wait to see which one of you starts coughing and reveals which one of you is Y/N. Sounds fun, no?" Jinx tilted her head, her braids swinging some.
At that, you gave one horrified look to Isha, which Jinx didn't miss, but also didn't comment on - she felt like prolonging the small game that you had going on.
She was having lots of fun with this, and she wanted to know how far the two of you would be willing to take this - or more like, how far would be Isha willing to play along to help you get out of having to take your medicine.
Then, as if on cue, you felt that irritating, scratchy sensation building up in your throat, and your brows furrowed as you tried to hold back the incoming coughing fit.
And, sending Isha one last desperate, pleading look, you suddenly broke into a fit of harsh, pained coughs.
Much to your joy, Isha got you covered - once again, she didn't hesitate and matched your actions, beginning to fake as equally bad coughing fit.
And Jinx? She just watched your two's antics with amusement - you two really were something for sure.
But, Jinx also secretly felt envious because Isha really had your back no matter what the situation was.
And Jinx's thoughts momentarily drifted back to Violet, quietly wondering if it really was that hard to stick up for a sister that you hold dear.
But Jinx pushed those thoughts aside, forcing herself to focus on the present and what she currently had - not the past and what she didn't and couldn't have.
"Well damn," Jinx grinned playfully when your and Isha's coughing came to a halt so that both of you could catch your breath, "whatever can I do with you two?".
"Seems like you two won this round, I can't give Y/N her medicine without the risk of giving it to Isha," Jinx announced casually, her hand that was holding the cough drops bottle returning to rest on her hip.
And exhaling dramatically, she, just to egg you on a little more, added in: "guess I'll have to throw in the towel after all."
At that proclamation, your teary eyed gaze - the result of your bad coughing fit - lit up, filling up with hope and sheer excitement.
You couldn't believe it - Jinx was actually giving up and you wouldn't have to take that gross liquid!
A joyous grin appeared on your face, and you and Isha shared a victorious fist bump - however, your excitement and victory were all short lived.
Because Jinx's next words were: "That... Or, I could give the cough drops to the both of you, just to make sure I got the right twin,".
Both your and Isha's faces fell then, and finally, Isha didn't have to pretend to be horrified anymore because she genuinely became uneasy at the suggestion.
Isha herself knew how disgusting was the taste of those cough drops, and she would much rather eat some of those questionable foods the weird vendors in Zaun sold than take that medicine.
"Yeah, that's not such a bad idea," Jinx nodded to herself, appraising her own train of thought with a wide, satisfied grin.
"I mean, think about it - for Y/N it's to treat her sore throat, and for Isha it'd be precautionary, a just-in-case!" she thought out loud, swinging the spoon with cough drops around.
And, facing the two of you once more, Jinx smirked and held out the spoon as she asked: "What do ya think, Isha? Want some of these yummy cough drops?".
In response to that, all the loyalty Isha held for you was gone, and she frantically shook her head in disagreement with a light, panicked squeal, pointing at you and ratting you out.
Yep, she threw you under the bus, making you feel utter betrayal which you - metaphorically - voiced by gasping and glaring daggers into your sister.
But Isha only sent you an apologetic smile and made a circling motion with her fist over her heart to tell you a casual sorry.
She didn't look too sorry though because her face showed clear signs of relief upon being spared from having to consume those dreaded cough drops.
At Isha's half-hearted apology, you reacted by sending her another glare, one that didn't need any words to get across just what you were thinking: traitor.
Meanwhile Jinx, who was watching the whole exchange chuckled and kneeled down to you, her expression amused yet gentle as she cooed: "Don't get all too mad at her, kid,".
"you would've ended up taking the drops in any case, I knew who was who all along." she smiled gently, making you pause and look at her with wide, surprised eyes.
"Yeah, I knew the whole time which one was Isha, and which one was you," Jinx confirmed what you were silently thinking in your head "I was just playing you.".
To that delivered claim, you crossed your arms and frowned, acting all upset and offended that Jinx would make such a fool of you like that.
But Jinx only gave a hearty laugh: "Hey, it was you who was trying to play me first - you started it! Serves you right, you little sneaky rat!".
"So, don't get all mad now that your little stunt came back to bite you in the ass," she sassed you in a light-hearted tone, smiling fondly at you and making you fume more.
But sensing your attitude, Jinx eased up on her mean spirited yet no harm meaning taunts: "But, tell you what, you take your cough drops now, and...".
She trailed off, seeming to be thinking of what to offer you so that you'd be willing to call truce between the two of you.
"and I'll let you eat cookies before dinner, deal?" Jinx offered, making your frown immediately disappear and get replaced by a content smile and an eager nod.
And Jinx grinned proudly in response: "Alright, ma'am, seems like we have a deal," and holding the spoon to your lips, she added: "hurry up then, or the cookies might grow legs and run off.".
You giggled at those words, and finally more willing to take your medicine, you opened up your mouth for Jinx to give you those cough drops.
But before Jinx could even think of pressing the spoon against your lips, Isha stomped against the ground to bring your and Jinx's attention to herself.
When both of you directed your gazes towards Isha, she was standing there with crossed arms and an expectant look.
"Seems like someone wants cookies before dinner too," Jinx noted, her expression showing she was clearly entertained by Isha's bold attitude and cheeky antics.
With a grin, Jinx slowly looked up, rolling her eyes to pretend to think as she mused: "But I dunno... do you even deserve cookies after ratting out your sis?".
Then her gaze drifted towards you once more, and Jinx questioned: What do you think, Y/N, should Isha get some cookies after backstabbing you?".
You then looked at Isha, and the girl gave you the biggest puppy dog eyed expression she could muster up, her hands clasped together in a begging manner.
To that, you pursed your lips and pressed a finger against them, pretending to be considering whether or not you thought your sister should get a sweet treat after what she's done.
But, of course, you could never stay mad at her for too long, and you caved in, looking at her with a smile before turning to Jinx and nodding in agreement to her question.
And Jinx smiled softly at you, feeling some sort of warmth in her chest that you were willing to forgive your sister and allow her to share simple joys with you.
"Well, alright then!" Jinx called right after, her energy amped up again, "seems like the council has decided to take pity on you and grant you mercy, Isha!".
Jinx sent a grin Isha's way, making the girl perk up and smile eagerly at the prospect of being allowed to join you and have a cookie or two before dinner.
You joined in with a soft smile of your own, making eye contact with your sister and wordlessly letting her know that you two were still a team for life.

My thoughts on the Yandere Arcane Au
Tw: sorry y'all not good at writing yandere, yandere content
Tumblr media
Okay before we get started we need to talk about what this universe of the undersity looks like pre- time skip. Honestly I think that this univers had a lot more progression in term of revolution and a lot less shimmer. Also considering the fact that Vander and Silco were able make up after Vi's death makes me think there was a lot less bloodshed between the two over the years. I mean of course silco when and found the note vander left but the fact that the crew is all laughing and partying together means there has to be new layers of loyalty amongst the crew caused by Vi's death.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yandere's Vander and Silco:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
OH GOD!!!! These two I swear, I honestly feel like in terms of protectiveness Vander would actually be worse. I mean he watched Vi die in the attack so you have that. He would not want to lose another.
If Vander was a platonic yandere, yeah no, your never leaving the Last Drop without him ever again. The trama he has from Vi is crazy. But if it was a romantic situation, he would be a little more lenient.
Now for platonic yandere Silco. I feel like a lot of protectiveness would come from a place of guilt and attonment. I mean his actions killed Vi during the pre-timeskip in this universe and he is probably still feel's guilty for that despite the fact that he has been forgiven.
So I feel like bring a young obsession or kid into the mix, would make him feel like he needs to make amends for what he did. Not only to prove to himself but for the others aswell that no other will die under his care.
Now them as a pair, would go crazy platonic or not. We need to remember something the two are brothers and the the pillars of the undercity. So the levels of communication and partnership are already there. There abilities to unite people would probably be where a lot of the Yanderness of the crew starts to fester. Always having someone with you, eyes and ears all over Zaun, and generally not being fucked with or else you'll have two of the powerhouse's of Zaun on you doorstep.
If this was romantic, they would share, God damn it. I don't know what it is but they would share, I just know it. You would be the king/queen of the Zaun in Silco's eyes, Vander hates it because he feels like if bring to much attention to you. Your always with on or the other. Silco defininatly spoils you, I mean you know he would.
Here me out, I feel like they both also have some fears from what happened to Felicia, so that definitly are supper on edge all the time because of that. One of both of them had to have liked her romantically, I was felling the vibes during the flashback.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Okay but I feel like they would be worse than the adults, in terms of platonic yandere's. Like we saw Vi's death really fucked them up. You would 100% be the Vi replacement. Expecally if you were older than them.
With Powder , it would be the worst. She wouldn't be violent, but more manipulative in certain ways., 100% a guilt tripper. Then would rope the other into it as well. Saying things to you about how you remind them so much of Vi, and there protection is just so you don't end up like her, so you should never leave them.
You probably wouldn't go on jobs, mostly saying in the last drop with Vander and Benzo. Maybe they let you go into Piltover, but you are always with someone. But never in the more dangerous parts of Zaun that have yet to be changed, and you still got to worry about the grey. the wouldn't want ther baby breathing in all that polluted air.
With a younger obsession, your never leaving there sights again. Even if you were a year younger than them, your getting little siblinged so hard. They have so much more experience now and realize all of the thing they did as kids was dumb and dangerous. They probably teach you how to fight just in case they are not there. But that is unlikely considering how mother hen they all are. If you ever when parkouring like they used to in piltover you would get an earful.
Powder and Ekko would make you little trinkets and gadgets. They'd make things to lure you in and bribe you. Or to love bomb you when you complain they are being to overprotective.
They would be so affectionate. Powder and Claggor the most, we all saw that scene with Claggor and Milo during the dance. Honestly I feel like Milo would be affectionate in the annoying older brother way, like ruffeling you hair and picking you. Ekko would be affectionate when you inationating it.
In tems of duos we would have Claggor with Milo and Powder with Ekko. Milo is the one to tease you alot, but he means well. He probably thinks he's the funnies guy on the planet, when in reality it's probably Claggor. Milo seems like the more aggressive on in terms of yandere's. He is the jokester character but see seems more scared that something might happen to you. That make him more aggressive and paranoid. While Claggor is more level headed and perceptive, but don't be mistaken, he has build and is the stronger of the two
Between Powder and Ekko, Powder is the one you need to worry about. She lost her older sister, Powder was the youngest of the group, so in her mind she is kind of filling Vi's role as older siblng, and must protect you like Vi did her. Should someone try to hurt there darling, Powder is the impulsive one but Ekko is the deadlier one between the two. Ekko is calm and more laid back, but he seems like he has the patience to go in for the kill on the first strike. Silent but deadly.
Now with romance, there all into you, sorry not sorry. I actually don't think they would have the company to share a darling. Powder and Ekko, maybe? But Claggor and Milo, definitly not. Milo would be that last to realize that everyone is pinning after the same darling, there all pretty perceptive so it wouldn't take them long to figure it out amongst eachother.
You would never have any partners, they would scare them all away. Powder would be the dustrusstful one spreading seed of dought anytime someone would flirt with you, saying there not good enought for you. Ekko and Claggor would be the intimidating ones, Ekko has the deadly glare while Claggor has the build to scare off any potital suitors. Milo is one of two, he is the one who likes to claim you already taken, usually with him saying he's you boyfriend, or the physical aggression type. He will get kind of pissy wanting your attention kind of annoying the person flirting with you. Then maybe ruffing the person's up after they leave your earshot so you don't see.
They would all try to one up each other in there own ways Claggor is the more laid-back type and lenient of yandere, so he would milk you needing to escape from the other craziness. Powder is clingy type and needs to be near you always. Ekko seems like the silent type, always lurking in the shadows, the man always has his eyes on you and knows where you are. Milo seems like the possessive and aggressive. Not aggressive in the, I'm going to hurt you type of way but someone else for looking at you the wrong type of way.
No matter who you end up with its going to be messy, I'm sure of it.

The Zaunite air was filled with an unrelenting heaviness. Each day, despite Silcos best efforts, the food was getting scarcer and people were more and more scared. It wasn’t ever too much. He could handle it no doubt. Right?
Jinx was sitting on his desk and talking his ear off.
She was enjoying her time with him while Silco was quietly taking care of some documents. Spending time together with Jinx was one of the few things he enjoyed in life. Sure, his unique appearance made many women drawn to him and most people in Zaun felt nothing but respect for the man but he never developed anything meaningful, anything… tangible. Aside from Jinx he had no one.
The stream of words being let out of Jinx at, at least, 200 words per minute stopped when there was a knock at the door. “Come in.” Said Silco with his usual sombre tone. He always filled the room with a certain coldness few were able to tolerate or enjoy, for that matter. Sevika entered the room. “Someone wants to talk to you.”
He nodded, giving her permission to let them in.
During the conversation with whoever was sitting on the other side of the desk Jinx kept returning to the thought that brushed by her mind that morning. Shouldn’t someone as undoing as a daughter have a mother by her side? Jinx was good. Good at what she did, good at killing and even better at creation. She lacked the maternal hand that was supposed to lead her through life even if she wasn’t exactly aware of what she was looking for she needed someone to guide her through her life.
On the other hand, Silco, the effective ruler of Zaun, didn’t have anyone to share the parental burdens of life with. The swooning crowd of power-hungry women in the city weren’t a good choice for a mother. Not for someone as unpredictable as Jinx.
Jinx was convinced you fell from heaven for her, how could he not see it? A godsend perfect for what she needed.
The Last Drop was busy. People talking, the air stuffy with Zaunite tensions, dilemmas and the smoke being extruded out of the lungs of many. He noticed you before, an everyday woman, providing her parents with whatever they needed in their old age. He didn’t do many of the job interviews himself, his lesser henchmen took care of that, but the barkeep of The Last Drop was the person he came to care for.
“You’re hired.” He said at the end of your chat.
You were used to people chatting you up while you were behind the bar, an additional drink, boredom or true infatuation were all at play here. Never… this. “What can I get you?” You said when someone took the only free stool at the bar. When they didn’t answer you so you turned around to check them out. If they were a danger to the well being of the people inside or the bar itself you’d rather they threatened the guards than you.
What transpired was truly bizarre. You expected to see anyone here, Sevika in a foul mood, Jinx with a gun to your head or even one of the lesser lackeys of the many people running this city. Silco? Silco was last on your list.
You froze in place almost dropping the pint you were holding. Quickly you put it on the counter in front of the person who ordered it and turned your attention to him. He looked at you with an unusual intent, normally when you’d look over to his usual spot he’d be smoking and surveying the room with his ice-cold vision, today there was… need.
You were stuck in place not being able to even utter a word in such presence. After a moment more of scaring you into an early grave he spoke. “Come to the back, someone will take your place for tonight.” Suddenly terror turned into anxiety. “Am I being replaced?” He only stood up and went around the bar to presumably accompany you there.
Your heart was pounding and your hands were sweaty, this could be your execution you realised. Your mind was going a million miles a minute, combing through all your wrongdoings and if you were eligible for any pardon.
He didn’t enjoy that scared expression on your face, he enjoyed them on most people with exception to Jinx and well… you. “Nothing to be afraid of, lady.” Said Jinx toying with her gun. That definitely didn’t mitigate your concerns. “She’s right.” Said Silco somehow appearing behind you. You jumped at his sudden intrusion into your personal space.
Explaining what they wanted was certainly difficult. You had a lot of questions regarding your new position as a… babysitter for Jinx? You’d never say that out loud for fear of swift death. The payment was lucrative as well so you decided on accepting the offer. At the end of the talk you were more or less familiarised with what this job entailed, along with being a co-parent to Silco, you were to be on their beck and call, still you retained the position of the barkeep.
As all people you were a bit afraid of Jinx. Looking at her she was inconspicuous, the braids giving her a child-like wonder look to her. Underneath you could feel a profound sadness sitting inside of her and you were determined to make this weird little fucked up family a happy one at least.
You were happy to tend to wounds, look after The Last Drop when needed and listen to Jinx talk for hours. With time, Silco grew fond of you. Your mannerisms of a caring and doting parental figure, despite all which burdened you, would soon make him swoon.
One night after closing when you were wiping down tables Silco walked in, in an unusually good mood. He leaned on one of the clean tables. “Hello. How was your day?” You asked mindlessly, not noticing him inching closer and closer to your figure. Nobody else was in the room when it all happened.
You weren’t the best at concealing your growing affection towards Silco. The longing stares weren’t doing you any good and the fact that somehow he kept catching you was even worse. You were sure your position was soon to be terminated.
He spun you around and caged your body between his own. His breath was warm and falling just over your chest. “Silco?” You dared.
“You make me sick with worry sometimes.” He was… smiling? Silco was smiling? You couldn’t make anything out, your head was spinning from the proximity and his cologne. “Look at me.” He demanded grabbing your chin and tilting it upwards. “I’ve got a question.” You nodded. “Do you want to dance?” You were stunned.
The tables were moved to the sides as Silco put a few coins into the jukebox and began striding towards you with the delicacy and grace of a cat. You put your arm on his shoulder and grasped his other one. He led you around the room to the song being played and amidst the growing tension, brought his lips to yours, hesitantly. The kiss was magical, you could feel yourself rising above the roof when he finally closed the gap. You reciprocated the kiss and as the song faded away he put his hands on your cheeks trying to get as close to you as possible.
He thought he’d lost the spark and now, here you were.

Echoes of Insanity Ch. 3
Monsters and Heroes
Jinx (Powder) x twin sister
Tumblr media
Past-
The room is dimly lit, the soft patter of rain tapping against the windows. Their family's one room home is small, but cozy. With their parents sleeping not far away on a small bed tucked into the corner.
Vi crouches low, her hands curled into playful claws as she pretends to be a growling monster. Little Powder and Ash giggle as they scramble behind a makeshift fort, built from old blankets and boxes.
"I'm a monster! and I'm gonna get you!" Vi says
She keeps her voice low, careful not to wake their parent, but playful menace in her tone sends shivers through the room.
Powder and Ash, once smiling, suddenly exchange wide eyed glances as Vi prowls toward them. Their excitement shift to unease as Vi lets out a quiet roar, the sound a little too loud for comfort in the cramped space.
"No… Vi, stop…" Ash whimpers.
Ash's voice trembles, and she and Powder huddle together, trying to hide beneath the blankets, their small bodies shaking with fear.
Vi's heart sinks the moment she sees their faces. Making her drop the "monster" act instantly.
"Hey, Hey, it's okay! I'm not a monster anymore." Vi says softly and reassuringly.
She steps toward them, her eyes widening in playful alarm as she pretends to spot something behind them.
Vi gasp "Wait… I see it! The monster!"
Powder and Ash both whip their heads around, wide eyed, searching frantically for the monster.
"Where? Where is it?" Ash whispers worried.
Tears well up in both Ash's and Powder's eyes, their imaginations running wild. Vi, quick on her feet, grabs an old stick lying nearby and swings it dramatically through the air.
"There! I'll get it! Don't worry, I'll save you!" Vi says
She swing the stick through the air, pretending to fight off the invisible monster. With each exaggerated swipe, the fear in her sisters faces melts away, replaced with awe and laughter.
"Get it Vi!" Powder says giggling.
"Go, Vi!" Ash cheers.
They watch as Vi delivers one final, exaggerated blow, defeating the invisible monster. She stands up, breathing heavily.
"It's gone. You're safe now" Vi grins proudly.
Powder and Ash rush forward, wrapping their arms around Vi in a tight hug, their earlier fear completely forgotten. Vi smiles, wrapping her arms around them pulling them closer.
"see? I won't let any monster hurt you." Vi says tucking them in the bed with her.
She lays down with them on the small bed, the three of them nestled together, safe and warm under the blankets. the soft sound of rain continues outside as their world becomes a little smaller and safer, wrapped up in each other.
Present-
We walk through the dimly lit interior of The Last Drop, heads down, going down into the basement room, we drop onto different couches Powder and me siting close together, the tension hanging thick in the air.
"Vander learns none of this." Vi mutter, her voice low but firm
"No worries there. Powder and Ash took care of the evidence" Mylo says
"We tried, okay?" Powder shoots back defensively. I chime in "You don't get it you're older" frustration bubbling up in my voice.
"You're bigger!. It, it isn't fair!" Powder adds, her small fists clenched in frustration.
"So stick with us!" Mylo snaps, his voice harsh, his anger barely contained. "Take a punch or two."
The sudden creak of a door cuts through the air, and we all turn as Vander steps in, his eyes landing on Vi, who tries to avoid his gaze. Powder and I shrink into the couch, clutching each other, trying to blend into the couch.
"Everyone alright?" Vander's voice is calm as he descends the stairs.
"Never better." Mylo says a bit of sarcasm in his voice.
"Good" Vander responds "I don't suppose you can explain why it is that I'm hearing about an explosion" he continues, his hands on his back as he walks through the room "and a foot chase topside? five children fleeing the scene."
Nobody meet his eyes everyone trying to look elsewhere.
"What the hell were you thinking?" Vander's voice rises, his frustration seeping through.
"That we could handle a real job." Vi finally snaps, lifting her head to meet his gaze with defiance.
"A real job?" Vander repeats, incredulity in his voice.
"We got our own tip, planned a route, nobody ever saw." Vi says, he voice sharpening as the anger builds.
"You blew up a building!" Vander shoot back.
"That wasn't-" Vi begins but Vander cuts her off, his patience worn thin.
"Did you ever stop to think about what could have happened to you?" he nearly shouts "eh? To them?" he gestures towards us, but we avoid his gaze, trying to disappear.
"Where did you even get this tip?" Vander presses, turning his attention fully to Vi.
"We heard it at Benzo's shop." Powders blurts out, drawing everyone's attention to her.
"From?" Vander asks, his brow furrowed.
"Little Man" she admits, her voice small.
Vander lets out a heavy sigh.
Vi stands, stepping closer to him "I took us there. if you wanna be mad, be mad at me" she says, her voice steady "But you're the one who always says we have to earn our place in this world"
Vander's face hardens "I also told you time and time again, the northside's off limit" Vander shouts at Vi "We stay out of Piltover's business"
"Why?" Vi shoots back, her voice rising again "They've got plenty, while we're down here scraping together coins. When did you get so comfortable living in someone else's shadow?"
The rooms falls silent, Even Mylo. We all look at them in silence
"everyone out" Vander says, his voice calm.
Vander and Vi face each other as the rest of the gang stand and leave the room. I grab Powder's hand and together we slip out of the room.
We head upstairs, leaving Vander and Vi behind the room, their voices jus a murmur now. Claggor and Mylo stop outside the door trying to eavesdrop, Mylo leans his ear against the door. But Powder and I make our way to the back door of The Last Drop. Neither of us say a word as we step into the alley, the door creaking shut behind us. The cool air brushes against our skin, but we keep holding hands, a silent comfort.
I glance at Powder. her blue eyes wide with lingering guilt.
"Do you think… Vi's mad at us?" She finally whispers, her voice almost trembling.
I squeeze her hand "I-I don't know" I admit.
"I-I hate this" Powder whispers her lip quivering. "We mess everything up. We always do"
"It's not our fault" I reply, though my voice wavers, not fully convinced myself.
Powders look at me, her eyes shiny with unshed tears. "but.. what if Mylo is right? What if we're just… jinxes?"
I pause, letting her words linger in the air. "He's wrong" I say, this time more firmly, though doubt nags at me too "We can probe him wrong, we just need to try harder"
Powder squeezes my hand tighter, a flicker of hope igniting behind her worried expression. "You really think so?"
"I know so" I say offering a small, reassuring smile. "Let's see what we can find around here. Maybe we can build something new a better bomb"
Her face lights up at the suggestion, the spark of invention returning to her eyes "yeah! Let's do that!"
Together, we start searching through the alley, our eyes scanning the ground and near by trash bins. We approach a rusted pipe, and I try to twist the cap off, but it's stuck "Help me, Powder" I say, and together we manage to pry it open.
peering inside, I spot something shiny at the bottom. I stretch my arm in, trying to reach it, but it's just out of grasp. "Too far" I mutter
"I'll try" Powder offers. She slides her arm in, streatching her fingers toward the object.
While she tries to reach the object, I glance over and notice Claggor and Vander slipping out the back door, carrying a bag full of something. They don't say a word, just passing us by in silence.
"Got it!" Powder exclaims, pulling out the small, gleaming object. She holds it up to show me, and I reach to grab it. We both turn it over in our hands, examining it closely. Once I let go, Powder tucks it into her pocket.
As she does, her fingers brush against something else, the blue crystals we took from the workshop, She takes one out of her pocket and her hand closes around it, Her eyes widening. "We have to show this to Vi"
Without wasting another moment, we run back to the door, and hurry downstairs to the basement, jumping the last step.
As we reach the ajar basement door. Just as we're about to entry, we hear the voices from within. Mylo's speaking to Vi.
"they're a problem" Mylo grumbles.
Vi sighs. "Mylo, I'm really not-"
But Mylo cuts her off. "Do you remember what was in that bag?" He throws a ball against the wall, catching it on the rebound "The biggest payout we've ever seen, and they just lost it"
"They made a mistake" Vi says, defending us.
Mylo throws the ball again. "Name one time they haven't"
"They're young" Vi replies, her voice quieter but firm.
"Don't bullshit me" Mylo snaps, tossing the ball against the wall again "You were twice the person at half their age."
"You know what, Mylo you're right" Vi says.
Her words hit me hard, a surge of emotions bubbling up, anger, sadness, confusion. It all mixes together in a tight knot inside me.
"There's a bunch of things Powder and Ash just can't do" Vi continues, her voice steady but sharp.
"You don't need to tell me twice" Mylo mutters, throwing the ball again.
I can't listen to this anymore. I grab Powder's arm, and we quietly slip away, heading to our room. I don't want to hear another word.
Once inside, I let go of her arm and sit down on the bunk bed, starring at the wall in silence. The weight of everything sinks in, pressing down on my chest. I don't say anything to Powder, I don't even know what to say.
Powder watches me, she is as confused and hurt as I am. After a moment, she walks over to the record player, pulling out a disc. She carefully places it on the turntable and lowers the needle, and then she comes to sit beside me.
We don't speak. we just sit there, listening to the music.
Neither of us mentions what Vi said. It’s too raw, too painful to dig into right now. But the words hang between us like a shadow.
Powder fidgets beside me, her knee bouncing nervously. I know she’s thinking about it too, but like me, she's not sure how to talk about it. Finally, she breaks the silence.
"does Vi hates us?," she asks, her voice shaky.
I don’t answer right away. Thinking about what to say, Instead, I reach for the box under the bed the one with the scraps we’ve found. I pull it out and open it, revealing wires, metal bits, broken gadgets, everything we’ve managed to collect for our next project.
“I-i don't know” I finally admit, my voice barely more than a whisper, "Maybe she does" I say as I run my fingers over the pieces, Trying to focus on something else, I grab one and start working on it, the movement familiar, almost automatic.
Powder watches me for a moment, then pulls her knees to her chest. After a beat, she leans forward, rummaging through the parts beside me. The energy between us shifts, our focus turning to the creation in front of us. It's like we’re speaking through the work, letting it fill the space between us instead of words.
After a while, of pulling wires and putting metal scraps together, we finally finish. We both smile, just a little. It's not like the pain is gone, or that Vi's word didn't hurt, but building something together just make us feel better.
Powder picks up the crayons and starts drawing on our creation, giving it a face with sharp, spiky teeth. When I reach for the a crayon to add my own touch. We hear Vi's voice coming from the top bunk.
"What are you calling this one?" she asks, looking down at us.
Our smiles fall instantly as we look up at her.
"Whisker" Powder answers.
Vi climb down from the bed and sit with us.
"You guys wanna talk about today?" Vi asks gently.
"What's the point?" Powder mumbles "we've ruined everything. we always do"
"Nobody said that" Vi replies.
"No. just that you were 'twice the person' at half our age" I say, a bit of sarcasm slipping into my voice.
"You heard them" Powder adds, her voice small "we're not fighters."
"You don't have to be" Vi says, trying to reassure us. "look, I've got these" She says, holding up her fists, "and you've got those" She points to the bomb shells scattered across the bed.
"They never work" I mutter, frustration bubbling up as I pull my legs to my chest and hug them tighter.
"They will" Vi says firmly. Then she stands "Come with me."
"What?" Powder asks, glancing at Vi then back at me.
"Come on!" Vi repeats walking off.
Powder hesitates but gets up from the bed, offering me her hand. which I take, and together we follow Vi.

Tumblr media
Of she is definitely so giddy and so excited
She's constantly asking questions on why, how and when did you get so buff
She really likes it and finds it fun
She's not that buff herself but girl is strong
She has to be by carrying around her shit on the daily but she gets that from that, she doesn't lift or anything
If you do lift weights or work out to maintain the muscles she is just admiring
And teasing the whole time and flirting
Like if you're lifting weights she'll just walk in, stare with the smuggest smile on her face at all
She doesn't care who sees and will walk up behind you and hug you from behind
She does it to feel your stomach as well because she just loves it so much
Constantly when laying in bed is squeezing your arms or tracing the muscles she can see
It's not a sexual thing, just a more admiring thing she does
She just finds it very fun and cool, and you remind her a bit of someone
She really likes the feeling of when you hug her and she feels so safe because your arms are big, they feel safe and they're strong
She loves the hugs and behind held or cuddling with you and she can just feel safe like that
She is so comfortable around you and especially when walking around
There are still a few people who try her, flirt or say stuff to her about her clothes, everything or just who she is
She loves the look on their face when they see you standing behind her just looking all buff
She is constantly flirting
"Hey hotstuff, came here all the way for me?"
She is literally like a school girl with a crush for the first time and flirts like you're not even together
Especially if you're like one of those buff ass and intimidating people but in reality you're shy and get flustered
If you're like that she upps the flirting and the touching just to see you blush
She loves being carried by you, bridal style or thrown over your shoulder
She has so much fun and is so happy
She's laughing, she's smiling and is just thrilled
She is jumping on your back and all
For fun shell run up to you and yell for you to catch here and see if you do
She knows you will because you're strong enough and because she wants a hug
She pretends her arms hurt and has you carry shit for her
She loves seeing your muscles flex and will just smile all sneaky and cover her mouth and giggle
It's so funny to see
She draws on your muscles
It's a given, she once drew eyes and a mustache on your arm and named it Muscleton
You have no way out of this because she redraws him everytime he fades away

I’m so happy you would write for arcane!! I love the fanfic that you write! So I can’t wait to read this!! ❤️❤️❤️ (I’m shaking, help me)
Can you right a platonic yandere Silco and jinx, with a similar reader to the “Smoking it away” reader?
-🥄
Sure, Spoon person. I LOVE Arcane SM So thank you for this!
Tumblr media
Jinx and Silco had taken you in when you were young, maybe nine. Jinx had lived with Silco for not long now and hadn't settled but found you, a street kids precence soothing, she would seek you out to play together and bring you back to Silcos home to eat and sleep. And at some point you simply didn't really leave, Silco accepted you though you were never as close to him as he and Jinx were. And you weren't really as extrodanary as Jinx was, you didn't have any extensive skill in explosives, or war and though it was never said, you did feel useless, like dead weight. so you fought you'd find a way around it, a way sourced to you in the city, a constant prescene and a unstopping force in Zaun that turned average men in to beats and rage and later deform them and shrivel them up into only skin and bone, so you sourced it out, behind Silco and Jinx back of course.
So you started Micro dosing, just a few drops at any given time where you wanted to feel that pep of energy, you would find some where private, like your room that wasn't really private since Jinx would enter whenever she liked, or sometimes would sleep in your bed without you knowing and take out that one vile in your left pocket that you had been working on for the last few weeks, press the top of the vile on your finer, and then take that drop or purple liquid and press it on your tongue to feel that rush, that feeling of elecitricty running down from your mouth and across your spine setting you free from your uselessness.
And though Jinx may not have noticed, Sevika did.
She noticed the shakes, the paranoid looks around the room and massive weight loss, and she thought to tell Jinx, not to be kind, but to be a bit cruel. So she entered Jinx's lair, a extremely unusual occaronace, Jinx didn't notice her until she sat down next to her.
Jinx: "...Sevika?"
Sevika: "Hey"
Jinx: "...Hey? What brings you to by humble abode huh?"
Sevika: "I see Y/n's not here, you know where she is?"
Jinx: "No, but she's probably in her room or just hanging round Silco, Y'know, why?"
Sevika: "You notice anything...different about her recently?"
Jinx: "Youre being reeaally criptic Sevika, I don't like that" She said leaning away from her with her frog goggles.
Sevika: "She's always cold, always shaking, acting strangely don't ya think"
Jinx: "What are you getting at?"
Sevika: "I think she's using, Jinx"
Jinx: "Using, like shimmer?"
Sevika: "She's got all the signs of microdosing"
Jinx: "HA! You gotta be kidding, she would never do something like that with out telling me!"
Sevika: "Well maybe you two aren't as close as you think
Jinx: "Excuse me?" She said standing up, and stepping up to Sevika.
Sevika: "I'm just saying, if you paid attention you would see she's falling off, and you two were as close as you think, she would tell you that she's using"
Jinx: "Get the fuck out"
And so she did, she left without another word as Jinx stood motionless in her lair, glaring out into the darkness over analizing every single recent interaction.
Jinx: "She's not using, she' s just saying that to be cruel" but what if she is
Jinx: "No, NO! I would notice! I know what using shimmer looks like, I WOULD KNOW" so why is she avoiding you?
Jinx: "Avoding me? She's not avoiding me she's just busy! Why would she be using any ways, she has everything she could ever need, she has me! and she would never do that to me, and definetley not behind my back! hahah, No no no that's silly" What if she ends up like those bums down in the gutter
Jinx: "No, No that's not gonna happen baecuse she's NOT using!" What if she ends up like vander
Jinx: "NO!" She screamed pulling at her braids.
Maybe she's lying to you, maybe she's using to escape you maybe she wants to leave, she probably rather be high than with you
Jinx: "SHUT UP! SHUT UP!" She shriked into the void.
She'll be one of those scroungers begging for food shrivled and dying, covered in filth and all baecuse of you.
Jinx: "NO NO NO! No NO NO" She pulled herself into the fetal position rocking back and fourth so sooth the terrible thoughts again and again, she had to talk to Silco about it.
And so, later that day she bursted into his office, sitting on his desk while his chair faced her, looking out the window.
Jinx: " Sevika came to see me today"
Silco:"...At your lair? odd, Why?"
Jinx: "She said...She said Y/n was...microdosing"
Silco: "Shimmer?"
Jinx: "Yeah shimmer what else?! And I was like She's not using that's silly and she was like 'maybe your not as close as you think you are' You know all Sevika like so I-"
Silco: "Jinx, your starting one of your ramblings again"
Jinx: "Oh Yeah yeah sorry" She giggled to herself
Jinx: "Have you noticed anything off about her recently?"
Silco: "Well, she is spending less time with us than usual, I suppose it is possible"
Jinx: "But she wouldn't...She wouldn't!"
Silco: "Jinx, Instead of spinning yourself into a frenzie, go check her room for anything susbicious, anything strange"
Jinx: "But...What if I find something?" She whispered.
Silco: "we'll figure it out"
So Jinx found herself in your room scanning over how messy it was, how much dust had collected and how the windows where musted over, as she began to go through your wardrobe, throwing out you clothes onto the bed until it was bare, going through all your draws and vanity until she had basically destroyed the place with all your things stroon about the room. She huffed to herself wondering where, if not here it could be, until she was the glint in the corner of her eye, she swivled around to the air vent where something shined in the reflection of the sun. Jinx, being for to short to simply grab it pushed your vanity to step on inorder to open the vent to find a small metal lock box, standing back down onto the floor the took a hair pin out and jimmied the lock only to reveal what she despratley wanted not be there.
Two Vials of shimmer, she felt herself shake with rage and frustration, why would you do this, for how long were you doing this? In a flip act of rage she threw the box at the wall, casusing it to dent, holding the two vials in one hand so tightly they might shatter in her hand.
Now what are you going to do?
Hours later Jinx had found you back in the back room of that Last Drop like you often were, she heard you shuffling about as she slowly turned the handle to the room, with your back facing her as she entered silently as she watched silently while you again as so many times before took your half used vial, unscrewed the vial pressed the end onto your finger to rub the resedue onto your togue, but not before she stalked you from behind and placed a hand on your shoulder.
Jinx: "What are you doing?" She asked in her childishly calm voice.
Y/n: "I- I I'm Just, Jinx I-"
Jinx: "Oh Y/n" She sighed before whacking you over the head with her rifle, knocking you out.
Eventually when you woke, you found yourself in your bed, but not in your room...
You sat up to realise you were in Jinx's lair with your bed laying on one of the giant fan panneles, looking over at Jinx welding something with the sparks flying out in all directions.
Y/n: "Jinx?"
Jinx swiveled round in her stool smiling at you.
Jinx: "Your awake! I was worried maybe I hit you a bit to hard haha"
Y/n: "I- How did you"
Jinx: "So I found your stash"
Y/n: "Oh"
Jinx: "You thought you could hide that from me?"
Y/n: "Jinx I"
Jinx: "Ssssshh" She angrily shushed you, skipping over to your bed that had misteroulsy moved from your bed to here, flopping onto the covers climbing over you to trap you between the bed and her, staring you down.
Jinx: "How long have you been lying to me?"
Y/n: "Jinx please I"
Jinx: "nu uh, No No no" She placed her her finger over your lips.
Jinx: "No More talking, all you've done is lie to me" You winced ash she said it so aggressivly spit was coming onto your face.
Jinx: "Why would you do this? Why would you do this to me?! This is so selfish, I should have known, I don't know why I didn't see it, you were acting all sketch and going all quite and odd, I should have seen"
Y/n: "Jinx, I-I was only using so I could be..."
Jinx: "So you could what?"
Y/n: "I just wanted to feel strong, you know, like you"
...
Jinx: "HA! That's funny toots" She held your face squishing your cheeks together into a kissy face.
Jinx: "It's beacuse you want to leave me, you would rather get high than spend time with me!"
She wants to leave you
Jinx: "Shut UP!" she screamed to the left of her.
Y/n: "Jinx, I want to go back to my room"
Jinx: "This is your room now, why do ya think I had Sevika move your bed here, Silco will get his cronies to bring the rest of your stuff soon enough"
Y/n: "What?"
Jinx: "I can't be having you alone if I can't trust you, can I?"

JAYCE
The hum of Hextech lamps cast a soft glow over the room, their sapphire light painting gentle shadows on the walls. Jayce’s chest rose and fell in a steady rhythm as he slept, his head nestled against the pillow. Yet, beneath his peaceful exterior, his mind was caught in a turbulent storm, ensnared by the grip of a vivid nightmare.
He stood in a crumbling hall, Hextech crystals sparking wildly as chaos erupted around him. Explosions rang out, the air thick with smoke and panic. Jayce frantically scanned the room, searching for her. "Y/N!" he called, his voice hoarse with desperation. In the haze, he caught sight of her—her figure outlined in the flickering blue light, trapped behind a wall of collapsing debris. She was shouting something, but the words were drowned out by the cacophony. He pushed forward, trying to reach her, but his legs felt heavy, as though weighed down by unseen chains. The world seemed to close in, the edges of his vision darkening as she disappeared from view.
“No!” Jayce shouted, bolting upright in bed.
His chest heaved as he struggled to steady his breathing, the dream’s intensity leaving his heart racing. For a moment, he couldn’t discern reality from nightmare. The faint crackle of the lamps and the soft rustle of sheets grounded him, pulling him back to the present.
Y/N lays peacefully beside him, her face calm and serene in the dim light. One arm was tucked under her head, the other resting lightly on the blanket that rose and fell with her steady breathing. Jayce’s shoulders sagged with relief, and he raked a hand through his hair, damp with sweat.
He shifted quietly, not wanting to disturb her, and leaned back against the headboard. Even though she was safe, the lingering dread clung to him. He reached out hesitantly, his fingers brushing a strand of hair from her face.
Her lips parted slightly as she exhaled a soft sigh, her head tilting toward his touch. The small movement sent a wave of warmth through his chest, momentarily chasing away the nightmare’s shadows.
Jayce let out a shaky breath, his hand retreating to rest on his knee. Despite the comfort of her presence, the fear gnawed at the edges of his mind. What if the dream was a warning? What if he couldn’t protect her when it truly mattered?
The weight of his responsibilities pressed heavily on him. Hextech had revolutionized Piltover, but it had also drawn enemies—people who would stop at nothing to exploit its power. The thought of her being caught in the crossfire was a fear he rarely voiced but carried constantly.
He glanced down at her again, his expression softening. In sleep, she looked untouched by the worries of the world, her features illuminated by the faint glow of the lamps.
Unable to help himself, Jayce reached for her hand, his thumb brushing over her knuckles. The contact steadied him, grounding him in the present.
“Jayce?” her voice was groggy, her eyes fluttering open. She blinked up at him, concern lacing her sleepy tone. “What’s wrong?”
“Nothing,” he murmured quickly, though his voice betrayed the remnants of his fear. “Go back to sleep.”
Y/N propped herself up on one elbow, her brows knitting together. “You’re not okay,” she said softly, her gaze searching his face. “Was it a nightmare?”
He hesitated, then nodded. “Yeah. About you.”
Her expression shifted to one of tender understanding as she reached out, cupping his cheek. Her touch was warm, anchoring him further in the moment. “I’m right here,” she whispered. “Safe and sound.”
Jayce closed his eyes, leaning into her touch. “I know. It just felt so real. I thought I lost you.”
“You’re not getting rid of me that easily,” she teased gently, her lips quirking into a small smile.
A soft laugh escaped him, the tension in his chest easing slightly. He opened his eyes to meet hers, the warmth in her gaze chasing away the lingering darkness.
“Lie down,” she urged, tugging lightly on his arm.
She tugged him gently, guiding him to lie back down beside her. Sliding her arms around him, she pulled him close, his head nestled against her chest. Resting her chin atop his hair, she held him tightly, her embrace warm and protective. His arms wrapped around her waist in return, their legs tangled together beneath the blankets, anchoring them in each other’s presence.
“You don’t have to carry everything alone,” she said, her voice a soothing murmur. “I’m here for you, no matter what.”
Jayce exhaled deeply, her words wrapping around him like a balm. “I don’t deserve you,” he said quietly, his tone filled with both awe and gratitude.
“Don’t be ridiculous,” she replied with a soft laugh. “You’re stuck with me.”
He smiled, pressing a light kiss to her collarbone “I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
As her breathing slowed and steadied, Jayce found himself attuned to the gentle rise and fall of her chest beneath him, the rhythmic thrum of her heartbeat filling his ears. It was the very essence of her life, grounding him in a way words never could.
The nightmare still lingered at the edges of his mind, but it felt distant now, diminished in the presence of her warmth and vitality.
With her heartbeat as his lullaby, Jayce allowed himself to relax, the steady rhythm of her life lulling him into a peaceful sleep.

VIKTOR
The soft glow of the moon filtered through the cracked blinds, casting long shadows across Viktor’s desk. His hands moved with practiced precision, adjusting wires and fitting delicate pieces together.
But fatigue crept up on him, his eyelids heavy with exhaustion. He tried to push it away, but the weariness was too much. Viktor leaned forward, resting his head on his arms, closing his eyes for just a moment. The room was still, the quiet air surrounding him like a blanket. For a brief instant, he let himself drift, succumbing to the quiet pull of sleep.
They had once sat here together, in this very room, side by side, each lost in their own worlds but enveloped in the quiet comfort of each other’s presence. She would bring him tea, or cookies, or simply sit beside him, reading, waiting, the kind of waiting only someone who loved him could do. But lately, the warmth between them had begun to fade. The laughter had turned into silence, and the moments of peace between them were fewer, more distant. The clatter of metal on metal snapped Viktor from his thoughts, but it was all wrong—too loud, too sharp, too sudden. His breath caught, and his chest tightened as the memory of her voice surged forward, as if it had always been there, lurking. "I can’t keep doing this, Viktor." Her voice was clearer now, too real, too sharp. It echoed, distorting, ringing in his ears. The weight of those words pulled him under, deeper and deeper. Her face flickered in front of him, her eyes wide with something he couldn’t name, something both familiar and alien. He had only nodded—empty, distracted—and her departure had been quick, like a shadow vanishing at dusk. The door had closed behind her with a soft, final click, and Viktor had stayed, frozen, his eyes staring at the empty space where she had been just moments before. The room around him began to shift, bending and warping in an unnatural way. The corners seemed to stretch, the walls pressing in on him, folding like paper. His hands trembled as he reached for something, anything, to anchor himself, but the tools on his desk scattered like leaves in the wind, spilling across the floor in a chaotic blur. Her bags—he hadn’t noticed before. They were packed, sitting by the door. She was gone. Gone. The panic tightened around his throat, a vise that made it hard to breathe, to think. "I can’t do this, Viktor." The words pierced through him like a cold blade. They didn’t sound like they had before, though. They felt like a melody, haunting and sweet in their finality. The guilt... it surged, flooding him from every direction. His mind swirled with thoughts—too many thoughts—crashing together like a storm. And he could hear them. The footsteps. Soft. Steady. But when he turned— Nothing. Nothing but the empty room. No warmth. No soft laugh. No teasing. Just the hollow echo of silence where she should have been. “Miláčku?” His voice was barely a whisper, his chest so tight he could hardly draw air. His heart pounded as if trying to escape, and his vision blurred. The room, the entire world, seemed to shrink in on him, as if the space was closing, folding inward, trapping him. His hands were shaking, and before he could stop himself, he knocked over a glass of water. It spilled, cascading over the papers on his desk, but the liquid seemed to melt into the wood, disappearing as if it had never existed. (Darling) The machinery hummed around him now, louder, frantic, as if it, too, was desperate for something, but Viktor couldn’t focus on it. He couldn’t think. All he could hear were her words, echoing, replaying endlessly in his head. “I’m sorry, Viktor. I can’t do this anymore.” His vision warped, the edges of reality distorting, twisting like smoke curling in the wind. He could see her—her face, her eyes, but they weren’t right. They were too far away, out of his reach, slipping through his fingers. The more he reached for them, the farther they seemed to go. He couldn’t breathe, couldn’t move, couldn’t—
Viktor awoke with a start, a sharp gasp escaping his lips as he shot up from the desk. His body trembled as he fought to calm his rapid breaths. For a moment, he couldn’t tell what was real—was he still dreaming? His heart raced in his chest, the remnants of his nightmare lingering like a shadow on his mind.
But as his eyes adjusted, he realized he wasn’t in his workshop. The familiar soft glow of the moon filtered through the window, casting gentle shadows across the room. The air was calm, carrying the soothing scent of lavender and cinnamon. The warmth of the space wrapped around him, much different from the cold sterility of his workroom.
Viktor sat up, disoriented, struggling to shake off the lingering unease of the vivid dream. It had felt so real—so painfully real. A heartbreak he feared might be inevitable. He rubbed his eyes, grounding himself, and as his gaze swept around the room, familiar sights began to settle him. The small desk in the corner, the hand-painted mug they’d chosen together, the photo of the two of them at Piltover’s Grand Exhibition—moments they had shared, reminders of a life they were still building.
But what truly grounded him was the soft weight of a blanket draped around his shoulders. He hadn’t even realized he’d been covered, but there it was, warm and comforting, a small gesture he hadn’t even thought to question.
As he shifted, his gaze drifted to the desk. There, on the surface, sat a plate of cookies—freshly baked, golden brown, and just the way he liked them. Beside it, a glass of milk, still cool to the touch, shimmered in the soft light. Next to both, a small note, written in neat, delicate handwriting, rested gently against the plate.
'I saw you sleeping at your desk, and I didn’t want to wake you—you looked like you really needed the rest. But whenever you’re ready, please come to bed and join me. I’ll be waiting for you.' Love, Y/N x
His fingers hovered over the note, the words sinking into his mind as his chest tightened. She was here. She hadn’t left him. She was still with him, still cared enough to leave him this small comfort. She hadn’t given up. The relief was almost overwhelming, and for the first time in what felt like ages, Viktor allowed himself to breathe. He wasn’t alone. He hadn’t lost her.
His heart ached with the weight of the dream lifting from his shoulders. The nightmare, the fear of losing her, melted away with the soft, familiar warmth of her presence in the room. He couldn’t remember the last time he’d allowed himself to feel this grounded, this safe.
With a small, grateful smile, he carefully stood from the desk, his legs still weak from the hours spent hunched over his work. The blanket, now draped around his shoulders, gave him a comforting sense of reassurance as he moved toward the plate of cookies and milk. He picked it up, the warmth of the gesture filling him with a kind of solace he hadn’t realized he so desperately needed.
He made his way back to the desk, eyes tracing the note once more, the words sinking deep into his soul. The quiet, loving message reminded him of the one thing he could never lose sight of—her. And with that simple reminder, Viktor felt the pull of the warmth, the light, and the love waiting for him just beyond the door.
A quiet promise echoed in his mind as he set the plate down gently. He wouldn’t make the same mistake again. This time, he’d find the balance. This time, he’d cherish what mattered most.
Slowly, he made his way to the bedroom. To Y/N. To the life they still had. To the love he almost lost but now vowed never to take for granted again.

JAYVIK
Y/N stood at the edge of Piltover, the skyline a jagged silhouette against a blood-red sky. The air was thick with smoke, the scent of burning metal and decay. The once-bustling streets were now silent, save for the distant crackle of fire and the echoes of chaos. Her heart raced as she turned, searching for the only two people she cared about—Viktor and Jayce. “Viktor!” she shouted, but the words were swallowed by the flames. "Jayce!" She ran, her feet pounding the cracked streets, fear gripping her chest. The city she had loved, that they had all fought for, was crumbling. The walls were torn apart, buildings collapsing into rubble. The smoke thickened, and her breath caught in her throat. She found them—Viktor and Jayce, standing together but broken. Viktor’s face was pale, his hands stained with blood, his body shaking. Jayce, his armor battered, was barely standing, but his eyes were locked in determination. Behind them, a monstrous shadow rose. It loomed over Viktor and Jayce, a grotesque blend of technology and organic matter. The figure was a manifestation of all the choices they had made, all the things they had failed to understand, all the mistakes that had brought them to this moment. “No!” Y/N cried, rushing toward them, but she couldn’t reach them in time. The creature swung its arm, knocking them both to the ground. Blood spilled onto the broken street, and their bodies lay motionless, eyes wide with pain. Her voice broke as she called to them, her heart shattering in her chest. "Please, don’t leave me." But they didn’t respond. The shadowed figure loomed over them, and everything was slipping away. The world around her shattered like glass, the city crumbling beneath the weight of their failures. She tried to move, to save them, but it was too late. The nightmare consumed her, and all she could hear was the sound of her own heart breaking.
Y/N’s eyes snapped open, her heart racing in her chest as she gasped for breath. She was drenched in sweat, the vivid images of her nightmare still lingering in the corners of her mind. The dream had been so real—so horribly real. She had seen Piltover burning, the cries of the city echoing in her ears, the destruction of everything they had fought for. She had seen both Jayce and Viktor—her heart twisted at the memory of them, bloodied, broken, caught in the aftermath of their ambitions and choices. The sound of metal clashing, the weight of betrayal, the crushing guilt—it all tangled together, suffocating her.
As her breathing steadied, she slowly became aware of the warmth beside her. She shifted slightly, her eyes blinking against the faint light of the room. Jayce’s arm was draped over her, his strong, protective hold comforting despite the chaos of her dream. His face was relaxed in slumber, a soft, steady rhythm to his breathing.
But then, she felt the soft warmth against the side of her head. Viktor. He had always been an enigma, but somehow, he was there, his face resting beside hers, his presence both soothing and intense. She could hear his faint breathing, the steady rise and fall of his chest as he slept, the sound of it grounding her as much as it reminded her of how precarious their situation truly was.
Her mind raced, the nightmare still clinging to her like a shadow. She had to get up. Had to escape it, even for just a moment.
Slowly, quietly, Y/N slipped from under Jayce’s arm, trying not to disturb either of them. She padded softly across the room, her bare feet barely making a sound on the wooden floor. The air felt cool against her skin as she reached the kitchen, the dim glow of the city’s lights filtering through the window.
She wasn’t sure what she needed—a drink, a distraction, anything to calm the fear still pulsing through her. She poured herself a glass of water, her hands trembling slightly as she brought it to her lips. But even the water couldn’t seem to wash away the lingering images of the dream.
Y/N took a seat at the kitchen table, her eyes unfocused as she stared out the window. The sounds of the city seemed muffled, distant. She couldn’t shake the feeling of dread, the gnawing fear that somehow, they would all be consumed by their own actions. She didn’t know if she could save them—if she could save herself.
The chair creaked softly as Viktor appeared in the doorway, his figure framed by the dim light. His sharp eyes softened the moment they landed on her, sensing the tension that gripped her. He paused for a brief moment, then stepped into the room, the gentle tap of his cane against the floor the only sound breaking the stillness.
“Miláčku?” he said, his voice quiet but filled with a steady calm. His presence seemed to settle the air around them. “Is everything alright?” (Sweetheart)
Y/N bit her lip, fighting back the surge of emotion rising in her chest. She didn’t want to burden them, not after everything they had endured together. But Viktor’s understanding gaze and Jayce’s silent presence beside him made her hesitate, and the walls she’d tried to keep up started to crumble.
Jayce’s voice came next, groggy but reassuring, “You know we’re here for you, right?” He stepped forward, his eyes soft with concern, despite the sleep still lingering in his voice. “Whatever it is, you don’t have to carry it on your own.”
Y/N turned to them, the warmth in their eyes cracking through her defences. She didn’t want to drag them into her nightmare, but the weight of it still clung to her, suffocating and real.
“I had a nightmare,” she admitted softly, her voice wavering. “I saw Piltover burning… And I couldn’t stop it. I couldn’t save either of you.”
The room fell silent, the only sound the quiet breathing of the three of them. Viktor’s gaze softened, his hand moving slowly toward her, sitting down on the chair besides her. His voice, gentle and steady, broke the silence.
“It was just a dream,” he said, his tone low and soothing. He laid his hand over your shaking one, gently stroking his thumb over your knuckles. “You won’t lose us. We’ve faced so much together already, and we’ll face whatever comes next as one.”
Jayce moved closer, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder. “You don’t have to carry that fear, Y/N. We’re in this together. Always.”
Y/N felt the weight of her fear slowly start to lift, their words wrapping around her like a blanket. The nightmare still lingered in her mind, the terror of losing them and the city’s destruction still echoing in her thoughts. But in that moment, with Viktor and Jayce beside her, the fear seemed more manageable.
The nightmare hadn’t come true—at least, not yet.
And with them by her side, she knew she wouldn’t have to face it alone.

VANDER
Vander lay in the grip of a nightmare, his body tense, his mind trapped in a place where everything felt suffocatingly wrong. His breathing was shallow, heart hammering in his chest as the dream unfolded with horrifying clarity.
He saw Y/N, helpless before him. Her face streaked with tears, her body trembling as she desperately tried to shield herself from the relentless blows raining down on her. He could feel the weight of the world pressing on him, his body frozen, trapped beneath some invisible force. No matter how hard he tried, no matter how much he willed himself to move, he couldn’t reach her. He couldn’t stop the pain she was enduring. Her cries of desperation echoed in his ears, each one a haunting reminder of his failure. He was bound, unable to protect her, unable to save her. The sound of her cries—soft but desperate—echoed in his ears. The fear in her eyes, the pain that twisted her features, tore at him, but he was paralyzed, unable to protect her. Each strike against her sent a shard of guilt deep into his chest. I should’ve been there. I should’ve stopped it. This is my fault. Her eyes locked with his, filled with pain and fear. Please, Vander... help me. But he could do nothing. He could only watch as she crumpled to the ground, unable to shield herself anymore. The guilt he felt was all-consuming, the weight of his failure crushing him from the inside out. I should’ve been there. I should’ve kept her safe. I’m the one who failed. The scene before him blurred, fading into darkness as the last echoes of her cry resonated in his mind. The nightmare swallowed him whole, until he was surrounded by the silence of his own fear, broken only by the frantic pounding of his heart.
Vander’s eyes flew open, his chest rising and falling erratically, sweat dripping down his forehead. He gasped for air, his heartbeat thunderous in his ears. His body was stiff, his muscles locked in the aftershock of the nightmare. The room was dimly lit, the quiet hum of the world outside barely making its way through the thick walls of his thoughts.
He turned toward Y/N’s side of the bed, desperate to find her, but the space beside him was empty. A jolt of panic shot through him, his mind flashing back to the nightmare’s ending—the horrific thought that he had lost her. He sprang from the bed, his hand gripping the cane he had left leaning against the side of the table. Each step he took felt weighted, as if he were walking through water. His heart pounded with an urgency that didn’t seem to let up.
His steps were heavy as he ventured into the living area, his mind still reeling from the fear and guilt of the nightmare. But as he entered the room, the sight before him stopped him cold.
Y/N sat on the couch, her leg propped up on a stool with a pillow beneath her cast. The kids—Powder, Vi, Claggor, and Mylo—were gathered around her, their faces alight with laughter as they scribbled on her cast with colourful markers. The air was filled with their youthful chatter, and the warm morning light filtered in through the window, casting a soft glow across the room. Despite the pain she must have felt, Y/N wore a calm, content expression, her attention focused on the kids as they drew their names and playful doodles on her cast.
Vander stood frozen for a moment, his breath catching in his throat. The weight of his nightmare began to melt away, and with it, the suffocating fear. His heart stilled, his muscles loosening as the reality of the situation sank in. She was there, alive and well, surrounded by the laughter of children, safe and sound.
Y/N glanced up at him, noticing him standing there, her smile gentle and soothing. "Hey," she said softly, her voice like a balm to his frazzled nerves. "You’re up early."
Vander didn’t answer right away. Instead, he walked toward her slowly, his heart still catching in his chest, his feet heavier than they should be. He sits down besides her, his arm reaching around her and pulling her body into his size - his head laying onto yours.
“I was... worried,” he finally confessed, his voice quiet and strained, still carrying the weight of the nightmare. His eyes flickered to her cast, then back to her face. “I thought… I thought I lost you.”
Y/N smiled softly, a reassuring warmth in her gaze as she placed her hand on his leg, gently caressing it. “It’s just a broken leg, Hun. I’m okay. Honestly.”
He lowered his head slightly, his face a mixture of guilt and relief. “I couldn’t protect you,” he murmured. “I should’ve been there.”
Y/N shook her head gently, her hand moving to squeeze his arm in reassurance. "It wasn’t your fault," she said softly. "I just slipped down the stairs. Accidents happen. It’s nothing serious, just a little setback. I’m fine, I promise."
Vander looked down at you, her eyes still heavy with sorrow, his hand resting lightly on her shoulder. The guilt from his nightmare lingered in his chest, but seeing her here—alive, safe, and surrounded by the children—was a comfort he hadn’t realized he needed.
The kids were still focused on her cast, giggling and chatting as they drew with colourful markers. Powder had scribbled a small drawing of a heart with her name inside, and Vi had drawn a cartoon version of Y/N, looking proud of her work. Mylo had written a playful message about getting well soon, and Claggor had added his own little doodle of a smiling sun.
As Vander looked at the kids, a soft chuckle escaped him, the tension in his chest easing just a little. He couldn’t help but feel a sense of gratitude. The nightmare had been a reminder of his fears, of the fragility of life, but here, in the warmth of the present moment, he could feel the weight lifting.
“We’ll always be here for you,” Y/N said quietly, her voice full of tenderness. “You don’t have to carry that burden alone.”
Vander looked down at her, his heart swelling with a fierce protectiveness he hadn’t known he could feel. The nightmare might still haunt him, but as long as they were together, he knew he would do everything in his power to keep them safe.
“I won’t let anything happen to you again,” Vander promised softly, his voice full of resolve.
Y/N smiled up at him, her hand resting on his, her eyes twinkling with a playful glint. “Oh really? Are you going to beat up all the stairs for me? Maybe destroy every last one of them?” she teased, her tone dripping with sarcasm.
Vander chuckled, the tension in his chest easing just a little as he squeezed her hand gently. The kids continued to decorate her cast, their laughter filling the room. In that moment, surrounded by the warmth of her love and the joy of the children, Vander finally allowed himself to breathe again, knowing that no matter the nightmare, this was his reality.

SILCO
Y/N and Silco lay in their shared bed, the room quiet save for the faint sounds of the night. There was a comfortable gap between them, not from distance, but from a natural rhythm in their sleeping positions. Y/N lay on her side, her back facing him, the gentle rise and fall of her breathing steady and untroubled. Silco, on the other hand, twisted and turned restlessly in his sleep, his body twitching with unspoken tension. The remnants of a nightmare clung to him even in the silence, the darkness of his past always lurking just below the surface, threatening to rise again.
The world was suffocating. The water pressed in around him, dark and oppressive, as Vander’s face loomed over him, his eyes full of anger and disappointment. Silco reached out, his hand trembling, but every movement only seemed to push him deeper into the water. The faces blurred as his strength began to fade, and all he could think about was how everything had turned—how it had all come down to this. The once-familiar ally had become his executioner, and Silco’s mind was consumed with the pain of it. He thrashed, trying to break free, but the water and the darkness were all-consuming, pulling him deeper, dragging him under. Just as he felt his body go still, ready to surrender to the cold embrace of death, there was a soft, familiar touch. It was gentle, reassuring—a presence that stood in stark contrast to the suffocating violence of his nightmare. Silco's mind was reluctant to let go of the dream, but the touch was real, undeniable.
“Silco,” a soft voice called to him, its gentle tone a lifeline pulling him from the suffocating grip of his nightmare. “Silco, wake up. You’re safe. You’re here.”
His eyes snapped open, the world still spinning in the remnants of the dream. His chest was tight, lungs burning with each shallow breath as he gasped for air. His hands trembled as he reached for something solid, something real. But the cold, dark water, the crushing weight of Vander’s hands around his throat, still lingered in his chest, a phantom ache that wouldn't let go. But he wasn’t underwater. He wasn’t drowning. He was lying in their shared room, bathed in the soft, comforting glow of candlelight, the cool night air swirling around them. Y/N was there, her presence a balm to his mind, her hand resting on his arm, her worried eyes searching his face.
“Y/N…” Silco breathed, his voice raw and broken, still choking on the remnants of the nightmare. The panic gripped him so tightly that his hands clenched into fists, the tension in his body too much to shake off. He could still feel the suffocating pressure, the cold grasp of death.
Silco blinked slowly, his mind still foggy from the nightmare. The cold remnants of fear lingered in his chest, but he didn’t want to show it. He couldn’t let her see that side of him, not now, not after all they’d been through. His pride had always been his shield, and even in the wake of the terror, he didn’t want to burden her more than he already had.
“I’m fine,” he muttered, voice low and strained as he slowly shifted to lie back down. "It was just a bad dream. You should get some sleep. I don’t need to keep you up for this."
He made an attempt to pull away, to give her the space to rest, but the moment his back hit the pillows, the tightness in his chest only deepened. His mind felt scattered, the remnants of the nightmare still clawing at his thoughts, and it took all his effort to steady his breathing. Yet, as he lay there, still half-drowning in the weight of his fear, he felt the soft, reassuring weight of Y/N beside him.
Y/N didn’t need words, though. She simply shifted closer to him, her warmth radiating through the space between them. Without a single sound, she pressed herself gently into his side, her head finding the crook of his neck. The steady rhythm of her breath calmed him, like the quiet after a storm, a soft and steady comfort that washed over him, pulling him from the depths of his mind.
Her hand moved to his, gently pulling it to her chest, pressing it there as if to tell him, without speaking, that she was right there. That she wouldn’t leave him, not now, not ever. The touch was grounding and tender, a quiet promise in the stillness of the night.
There were no demands, no expectations. Y/N didn’t need him to say anything. She knew how much he appreciated her care, even if he couldn’t always show it, and in this moment, it was enough. The weight of her love was something he had never fully allowed himself to embrace, yet it felt like the only thing in the world that made sense.
Silco’s breath hitched slightly as the flood of emotions crashed over him. The fear, the self-doubt, the old wounds—they all still lingered, but with her there, he felt something different. He didn’t pull away. He couldn’t. Her warmth was like a balm to the pain that lived in him, the quiet strength she offered filling the emptiness he never let anyone see.
He didn’t need to say anything more. With her warmth beside him, her presence wrapping around him like a shield, he allowed himself to feel the peace he had long denied. The ghosts of his past, the nightmares that had plagued him for so long, seemed to recede into the background. For the first time in a long while, he felt safe. And he knew, in that moment, he didn’t have to face those demons alone.
He let out a quiet, shaky breath, his arm instinctively wrapping around her as he finally relaxed into the embrace. He surrendered, just for this moment, to the comfort she provided, to the understanding that she would never let him go—even when his pride made him want to push her away. And as he held her close, he knew, without a single word between them, that she was the anchor he hadn’t realized he needed.

JINX/POWDER (PLATONIC)
The darkness of the room pressed in on Jinx, suffocating her as the nightmare replayed in vivid detail. She was back on the bridge, the screams and chaos around her echoing like distant thunder. Her small hands clung onto her sister's hand, she peered past Vi and Vander, her eyes landing on her mother’s still form. She didn’t understand what she was seeing—her young mind couldn’t make sense of the motionless body, the crimson pooling beneath it, or the eerie, hollow silence that seemed to swallow the world around her. “Mom?” she whispered, her voice trembling, barely audible amidst the chaos. She turned to Vi, searching her sister’s face for something—anything—to ease the confusion building inside her. But Vi’s expression, pale and stricken, offered no answers. Vander bent down, his massive frame blocking her view as he spoke urgently to Vi, his voice low and firm. “Take her. Go.” His words were a command, but they sounded distant, like they were coming from underwater. Jinx clung tighter to Vi’s hand, her small fingers gripping desperately, her legs trembling. Her sister was her anchor, the only thing holding her steady in a world that felt like it was falling apart. But then she felt it—Vi’s hand slipping from hers. “No,” Jinx whimpered, her voice barely above a breath as Vi stepped away. The warmth of her sister’s hand faded, leaving her alone and untethered. “Vi?” Her voice wavered, small and unsure, as she reached out, trying to reclaim the connection. Vi didn’t turn back. She moved toward Vander, the distance between them growing with every step. Jinx stood frozen, her legs refusing to follow, her chest tightening as the chill of abandonment crept in. Her heart pounded, each beat a desperate plea for someone to come back, to take her hand and make her feel safe again. But no one came. The shadows on the bridge stretched long and menacing, and the ache in her chest deepened into a pain she couldn’t understand.
Jinx jolted awake with a sharp gasp, her chest heaving as if she had been holding her breath for hours. Her heart raced, and cold sweat clung to her skin. The nightmare’s grip lingered, the scene replaying behind her eyes in fragments. The bridge. The blood. Her mother. The emptiness in her sister’s absence.
She buried her face in her hands, trying to steady her breathing, but the room felt too dark, too suffocating. Her trembling hands pushed her blanket aside, and she swung her legs over the edge of the bed. A faint, warm glow spilled out from under her door, catching her attention like a lifeline.
Barefoot and hesitant, she padded down the hallway toward the living room. The soft flicker of candlelight danced against the walls, and there, seated on the couch, was Y/N.
Wrapped in a blanket, a storybook resting on her lap, Y/N’s face was calm but distant, her eyes scanning the worn pages as if searching for something. Jinx hesitated in the doorway, her small frame half-hidden by the shadows.
Y/N glanced up, her warm, knowing eyes meeting Jinx’s. “Nightmare?” she asked softly, her voice steady and reassuring.
Jinx nodded, her throat too tight to speak, and shuffled forward. She didn’t hesitate when Y/N patted the space beside her. Crawling onto the couch, Jinx nestled into Y/N’s side, pulling part of the blanket over herself.
“I couldn’t sleep either,” Y/N admitted quietly, her hand coming up to stroke Jinx’s hair, her touch gentle and rhythmic. “I was thinking about my mother. This was her favorite book to read to me when I was little.” Her voice carried a soft, wistful edge, as though the memory lingered with a bittersweet weight.
Jinx glanced down at the book in Y/N’s lap, her tired eyes taking in the faded cover, its once-bright colours now muted with time. The edges were frayed, the spine cracked, speaking of countless nights spent with its stories. “She used to read it to help me sleep,” Y/N continued, her voice soft and steady, like a lullaby in itself. “When the world felt too heavy, this was her way of making it lighter. Maybe it’ll help you too.”
Jinx didn’t reply, but the faintest flicker of curiosity passed over her face. It wasn’t often she heard Y/N talk about her past. The mention of a mother—a figure tied to warmth and comfort—stirred something fragile in Jinx, a longing she barely recognized.
Without waiting for a response, Y/N opened the book, the pages crackling softly as they were turned. The faint, comforting scent of aged paper filled the room, mingling with the flickering warmth of the candlelight. Her voice began to fill the quiet space, steady and gentle, each word weaving into the air like a spell.
“Once upon a time, in a land of endless skies, there lived a little girl with a heart as bright as the stars…”
Jinx shifted slightly, pulling the blanket tighter around herself before resting her head on Y/N’s lap. The small, vulnerable gesture wasn’t lost on Y/N, who adjusted the blanket to cover them both more snugly. Her hand moved instinctively, stroking Jinx’s hair in slow, comforting motions.
The soothing cadence of Y/N’s voice was like an anchor, grounding Jinx in the present. The vivid echoes of her nightmare—her mother’s still form, Vi’s retreating hand, the empty ache in her chest—began to dim. The words of the story painted a different picture in her mind, one of vast skies and endless possibilities, far removed from the darkness that had gripped her.
“Every night, the little girl would look up at the stars, wondering if she’d ever touch them. But the stars whispered back to her, ‘You don’t have to reach us. You’re already one of us.’”
Jinx’s breath slowed, the tension in her body unwinding as she listened. The warmth of Y/N’s lap, the rhythmic strokes through her hair, and the steady murmur of the story created a cocoon of safety around her. It was a feeling she couldn’t quite name, but it filled the empty spaces in her heart, pushing back the shadows that threatened to consume her.
Y/N glanced down at Jinx, her voice never faltering as she continued reading. She noticed how Jinx’s small hands, once clenched tightly in her lap, now rested loosely by her sides. The lines of worry etched into her young face began to soften, her breathing evening out with each passing moment.
“The little girl learned that her light wasn’t something she had to find in the stars—it was already inside her. And with that, she wasn’t afraid of the dark anymore.”
Y/N paused for a moment, her hand lingering on Jinx’s hair as she turned the page. She glanced down again, noticing Jinx’s eyelids growing heavier, her small frame nestled deeper into the comfort of Y/N’s presence.
The candlelight flickered gently, casting long shadows that danced on the walls. The quiet hum of the room felt like a sanctuary, a rare moment of peace in a world that often felt too chaotic and unforgiving.
Y/N’s voice dropped to an even softer tone, as if speaking directly to Jinx’s heart.
“And so, the little girl slept, cradled by the stars, knowing she was never truly alone.”
Jinx let out a soft sigh, her head tilting slightly as she drifted further into sleep. Y/N didn’t stop stroking her hair, her touch now as much for herself as it was for Jinx. The weight of her own memories sat heavily in her chest, but in this moment, they felt bearable.
For the first time in a long while, Jinx looked peaceful, her small form curled up under the blanket like a child seeking shelter from a storm. Y/N kept reading, her voice barely a whisper now, more for the comfort of the act than the need to be heard.
The room settled into a profound stillness, the only sound the soft rustling of pages and the faint crackle of the candle. Wrapped in Y/N’s care, Jinx allowed herself to let go, her breathing steady and calm.
Y/N gazed down at her, a faint, bittersweet smile playing on her lips. “You’re safe now,” she murmured softly, almost to herself. And for that brief, quiet moment, it felt true for them both.

Jinx wasn’t the best at handling emotions, well at least not the messy, quiet ones that didn’t come with explosions or screaming matches. But when she saw you, curled up on the edge of the old couch in the hideout, staring at nothing in particular, she couldn’t just walk away. It wasn’t the first time she’d found you like this, but it still hit her like a sucker punch to the gut every single time.
She approached cautiously, her usual chaotic energy dialed back to something softer. The quiet shuffle of her boots against the floor was the only sound as she made her way over, dropping down beside you with a loud plop. She stretched her legs out in front of her, slouching dramatically, trying to fill the space with her presence alone.
“You know,” she started, twirling a strand of her blue hair around her finger, “I was gonna blow something up today. Had the whole thing planned out—fireworks, kabooms, the works. But then I thought…” She leaned her head back and tilted it to look at you. “Maybe explosions aren’t what we need today.”
You blinked slowly, finally glancing her way, your expression unreadable. “We?”
“Yeah, we,” she said with a shrug, nudging your leg with hers. “You’re my partner-in-crime, remember? What’s the point of causing chaos if you’re not there to laugh about it after?”
You let out a faint snort, the first crack in the wall of silence that had been surrounding you all day. It wasn’t much, but it was enough to make Jinx’s grin widen.
“Ah, there it is! I knew you still had some life in you, sis.” She pulled herself up into a cross-legged position, turning to face you fully. “Okay, let’s make a deal. You talk to me—about whatever’s got you all doom-and-gloom—and I’ll make it worth your while.”
You raised an eyebrow. “What’s ‘worth my while’ supposed to mean?”
She smirked, her eyes glinting mischievously. “Guess you’ll have to find out. But you’ve got my full attention, which, let’s be real, is worth its weight in gold.”
Despite yourself, you couldn’t help the small smile tugging at the corner of your mouth. Jinx always had a way of breaking through your walls, no matter how high you tried to build them. You hesitated, your gaze dropping to your hands, which were twisting nervously in your lap.
“It’s… hard to explain,” you murmured. “I just feel… heavy. Like I’m stuck in this fog, and no matter what I do, I can’t get out of it.”
Jinx’s expression softened, the teasing glint in her eyes replaced by something gentler. She reached out and took your hands in hers, her grip warm and grounding. “Yeah, that fog sucks,” she said simply. “I’ve been there. And it feels like it’s never gonna go away, right?”
You nodded, the lump in your throat threatening to choke you.
“Well, here’s the thing,” she continued, squeezing your hands lightly. “That fog? It’s a liar. It wants you to think you’re stuck forever, but you’re not. You’ve got me, and I’ll keep dragging you through it if I have to.”
Her words were unpolished, maybe even clumsy, but they hit exactly where they needed to. You felt a tear slide down your cheek, and before you could wipe it away, Jinx was leaning over to wrap you in a tight, slightly awkward hug. She smelled like gunpowder and oil and something uniquely her, and it was oddly comforting.
“Okay, okay, no more crying,” she said, pulling back just enough to look at you. “Because I’ve got a plan.”
You sniffled, your curiosity piqued despite everything. “A plan?”
“Yep!” She stood up and offered you her hand. “We’re gonna do something that makes you smile, even if it kills me. And I’m not talking about one of those fake, polite smiles you do when you’re pretending to be okay. I mean a real one.”
You hesitated for a moment before taking her hand, letting her pull you to your feet. “What did you have in mind?”
She grinned, her excitement infectious. “Oh, you’ll see. But fair warning: it might involve paint, glitter, and me being an absolute menace.”
And for the first time in what felt like forever, you laughed. A small, genuine sound that made Jinx’s chest swell with pride. “There’s my sis,” she said, slinging an arm around your shoulders. “Come on. Let’s go make a mess.”

Fem Reader is another adopted kid silco took in (because young jinx insisted on it). The two are super close and deeply care for each other. During the statue scene she tells silco she'll offer herself up and take full blame for jinx if it means her sis stays safe and free. This way zaun is free, jinx is safe, and her dad finally gets his biggest wish. This is enough for silco to basically go "fuck that. You are my children and I will not give either of you away. Not even for Zaun. We'll think of something but I refuse to sacrifice either of you." And Jinx overhears all this.
the statue scene is when silco’s talking to vander’s statue, right? lol, my memory sucks…

“is there anything so undoing as a daughter?” silco’d asked as he took a sip of alcohol. you’d peeked your head out of the shadows as you listened to your adoptive father’s conversation with vander’s statue, knowing what you had to do. “dad,” you said as you walked up to him, your hands swaying by your side. silco immediately turned to you, slightly startled. “Y/N.” you took a deep breath. “i’ll do it.” “what?” “i- i’ll offer myself to the enforcers, so that jinx will be safe and-” you were only halfway through your sentence when silco started shaking his head, standing up, but you didn’t notice as your eyes were closed and your head was down. “-and then zaun is free and you’ll have your biggest wish and-” “No.” at this you looked up, staring your adoptive father in the eyes. “but-” “No. i am not giving either of my children away, not even for zaun. i’ll figure something out but i am not losing you or jinx.” you stood there for a moment, unsure what to say before you tackled silco in a hug, almost knocking him over. he flinched, but hugged you back. neither of you noticed your blue-haired sister hiding in the shadows, having heard everything. ☽ 【┘】 ☾ "jiiinnnnxx,,” you dragged out your sister’s name as you called her, your feet dragging behind you as you entered her “lair”. however, the place was empty, much to your surprise. you looked around, making sure she wasn’t hiding to scare you as she’d done so many times before. “jinx?” which is when you noticed the note scribbled on the desk. “ not letting you sacrifice yourself for me n dad. luv you, tell dad i love him too ꨄ ” you cursed and ran out of the room, running as fast as you could all the way to the bridge connecting zaun and piltover. after reaching the bridge you immediately spotted jinx’s bright blue braided hair, and the enforcers surrounding her with their guns raised. “JINX!!” you yelled out, catching jinx’s attention as she turned to you, her eyes widening. “WAIT!!” you yelled out, coming in between jinx and the enforcers, half of whom now had their guns trained on you. “wait, she’s-” “Y/N, no-” “she’s just covering for me,” you spat out, still panting heavily from the long run. “it was me. i did everything. jinx was innocent, she did nothing wrong. she’s just covering.” and that was all the enforcers needed to hear. they handcuffed you and forced you away from jinx, dragging you toward piltover. you looked back at jinx with tears in your eyes, giving your sister one last smile.

How will a yandere!Silko react to a reader who puts up with him just because she's in love with Jinx? (gosh, i love this girl)
I mean since Silco is her kinda adoptive father, it's kind of weird considering age differences and relationship wise 😭 I think im going to answer this as,
Yandere! Silco x Fem! Reader
+
Platonic! Jinx x Platonic! Fem! Reader
A/n: Also! I don't condone or heavily support Jinx's and Silco's familial relationship. Its a lot of genuine care but also emotional manipulation. This is written through the view of Silco's psyche- Not really the facts here!
But I see where you were going anon! Im sure this was just supposed to be wholesome ^^
Tumblr media
If you're putting up with his affections just to hang around Jinx, then he will be somewhat heartbroken. He's glad you get along with his dear daughter, but the way you dim down when she's not around hits his ego pretty hard.
If you seriously do what Silco asks of you with not much complaining, then he won't dwell on it too much. But if you don't want anything to do with him and only intend to use your time with Jinx, then he'll blow.
Since you're so attached to Jinx, the next best course of action is giving Jinx a little push. Silco will paint a negative and hysterical image of you. Says your, "mental stability is too fragile."- That you're not what you seem to be.
Jinx will definitely not be happy with this isolation arrangement. Due to the amount of time you spend with her, she most definitely looks up to you as a mother figure. Despite her upset mood, Silco comforts her. He is her father, and you are just an issue of sorts. Once it's figured out, you all can be a family again.
She's suspicious, but orders are orders. And Jinx knows how serious things can get when it comes to Silco's one and only Y/n. Usually she just pops up wherever you are, but this time, she'll stay on the down low. After all, that is her dad you're messing with.
You missing Jinx will also push you to behave. You want to see that dear girl of yours? Oh well, you can't pick and choose when you're in a family now, can you? If you want to see your "daughter" again, then you best pay attention to your husband too.

“Ta-da!”
Jinx lifted her hands off your eyes. Staring back in the mirror was you with a now rather-splotchy dye job. Your roots hardly held the blue, resulting in a sort of unintentional shadow root, and Jinx had taken it upon herself to blunt-cut some framing bangs. It wasn’t the most fashionable, but it was uniquely her.
And, therefore, you adored it.
You gasped as you turned your head to look at all angles of your glorious Jinx-ification, an unshakable smile spreading across your face. This girl, brought to you by Silco in the pouring rain one horrible night, had changed your life forever. She wasn’t perfect, but you would never fault her for that. She brought a softness into your life that you wanted nothing more than to protect from the horrid events she was destined to live in the undercity. So when she begged you to try out a new hair dye on you, the word ‘no’ seemed to evaporate from your vocabulary. What was your hair to her happiness?
“Whaddya think?” she asked you, leaning down to look at you cheek-to-cheek in the mirror.
“It’s perfect.”
Jinx grinned. You loved seeing it. Sometimes, a smile would elude her for days, and you’d do everything in your power just to bring it back. Fond memories of holding her to your chest as you read to her, sung to her, baked fresh cookies for her flooded your mind. You glowed internally as Jinx beamed outwardly. She danced around your chair, giddy just on your approval, before rounding it to throw her arms around your neck. You hugged her back just as tightly.
She pressed a kiss to your cheek, her lips against your skin for a few tender seconds. Your heart burst.
“Thanks, ma.”
“Thank you, Jinx,” you murmured back.
